Fantastic experience: Caoilfhionn's classes are transformational! Her Yin practice is always deep, both in the physical and spiritual sense. Her vinyasa class is exceptional and is always the prefect balance of challenge and reward. Caoilfhionn is an intuitive teacher and one of the kindest people I have met. I would highly recommend Sruth Yoga :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been doing yoga for a while and I’ve never had an instructor quite like Caoilfhionn, she is amazing. She creates a such a lovely atmosphere with her gentle nature and calming voice which gets you to be in the moment. Her instructions are very clear and concise as you are guided through the poses with modifications or alternatives to suit all levels present. I couldn’t recommend Caoilfhionn’s Yin or Vinyasa yoga highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I happened to come across Caoilfhionn's Yoga classes last year and they were a welcome addition to my routine and I always feel so relaxed after her classes. They are the perfect combination of relaxation and movement. She is an amazing teacher and there are always alternative options to try if you find the moves too easy or challenging.

Fantastic experience: I first found Yin Yoga through Caoilfhionn & it has become part of my weekly practice since then. She gently guides you to find the position that feels best for your body so that you can relax into it to get the full benefit from each pose. Then her soothing voice helps you find comfort in holding the pose & let go of any thoughts you might not realise you’ve been holding on to. Her class is pure medicine for the body & soul. I always leave with looser muscles & a relaxed mind. The timing of the class is perfect to float home into a restful slumber. Would recommend Caoilfhionn’s Yin class to all levels!

Caoilfhionn has a beautiful relaxing voice, she is great at explaining poses and offers moderations for different levels of experience. I leave this class feeling relaxed and stress free each week. I would highly recommend Sruth Yoga!
