Power Pole Fitness

Welcome to Power Pole fitness! We are based in the Westlodge Hotel and Leisure Centre, Bantry. Pole fitness combines elements of dance, aerobatics and conditioning moves into a fun and engaging fitness class! There are many great benefits to pole fitness including increased muscle tone, upper body strength, flexibility, better posture and a stronger core. Power Pole Fitness is open to all genders and ages. Under 16 years old will need parental consent. These fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities !
