Positive experience: Great place, specially after the upgrade of all the equipment and the refreshed floor and ceiling more importantly great coaching team there I love attending classes as its fun and energetic! I only gave 4 stars as the changing rooms/ swimming pool and spa area needs some renovation as well

Fantastic experience: Very nice Gym. The staff are very friendly, the gym is fairly clean, despite it is a bit crowded, but I still feel happy to be a member for over two years.

Negative experience: States all gyms fully accessible Went to Naas to look at joining and there is a step at the front door with no other entrance Staff rang me back to say they will get this taken off the website when a ramp for access is all that is needed Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for over two years and have always felt welcomed by the staff. The gym is spacious, with a wide range of equipment for any type of workout. Everyone is happy to help with any questions. Unlike other clubs around Naas, the swim program here is of a high standard, with well-trained and dedicated swim teachers.

Fantastic experience: I bring my 1-year-old to Gym Plus Naas for weekly swimming sessions, and it has been a delightful experience. The staff are consistently warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable. The pool and changing room are always warm and clean, ensuring a comfortable environment for both myself and my son. I can place my son in the playpen when getting changed which is safe for him and provides me with the time to get myself organised.

Fantastic experience: I love the pool it is great to be able to train and keep fit so close to home. Pleasant staff helps also.

Negative experience: Called last week for a tour, looked fairly good so called back today looking for a day pass with the intention of joining if it was as good as it looked. We were told at reception it was members only but we could get day passes if we logged onto their website and filled out some form. Decided the crap car park and poor reception were not worth the hassle left and joined another local gym instead. Two customers lost due to poor service.

Negative experience: Very expensive. Showers and changing rooms need attention given the amount of mold that is growing. Changing room ceiling is going black. Also many lockers are in dis-repair and the place looks shabby. Staff close up early so you get kicked out of the pool way in advance of closing time. Small sauna and steam room but huge space for the jacuzzi which is regularly out of order. The management decided to upgrade the reception area while ignoring changing rooms and facilities. Looks nice when you walk in the door but goes downhill as soon as you hit the changing rooms and beyond.

Negative experience: Poor facilities but good staff jacuzzi never works. Is cold, steam room doesn't work or produce any heat it's a mild condensation filling your lungs with water vapor and germs from others and sauna door doesn't even close to keep heat in. Showers out of use for weeks, way too many members using the gym and you can't get in the studios which gym used as selling point there's always classes on and peak times and classes in the pool. Staff tell you issues being rectified buts issues continue for months. Heating element takes 1 day to replace or fix not 5 week, staff rely on fact most members are too polite to complain. Staff are friendly and cleaning staff are good also.

Fantastic experience: awesome place, a very big variety of machines, im able to do my workout with no problem, i can do all the exercises i need to do, they also have classes for you to do, they have a squash court, you can ask also ask them for a coach to help you doing what u need to do

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Convenient class schedules and the classes offer a variety of workouts! The pool, sauna and jacuzzi is a real winner in the winter months. Facilities overall is clean and well maintained. Everyone working at the gym are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for nearly three years. Considering its size, the cleaning staff do a good job. Staff are extremely friendly as are the other members. No one is ever made feel uncomfortable. Its very inclusive. Some equipment is outdated but they are gradually rectifying this.

Positive experience: Could really benefit from having additional weights in the free weights area, especially when classes are going on in the studio. Particularly lower weights in the range of 7.5kgs - 12.5kgs. There's been multiple times where I've gone up and there's only the heavier weights available in the free weights area and the studio is occupied meaning you can't go in and grab a set of 8kg / 9kg / 10kg dumbbells. And there's plenty of space by the warm up area by the Cardio machines to put another rack of weights. Gym etiquette is super poor as well, with many people not wiping down machines after use or properly putting equipment back. The lack of benches as well, particularly during peak times, is poor. For almost €60 a month I expect a lot more. I used to train at FlyeFit Northside and for €35 a month there, there was no issues with finding dumbbells or benches at peak hours and the plate loaded machines / pin selected machines were a lot better. Giving a 3* as staff are super friendly and helpful and location is good.

Thank you for your patience & understanding with regard to my sons swim lessons, following covid & an arm injury, they were more than helpful & understanding in accommodating us. We were also so grateful for our Christmas present of complimentary family swim sessions, in difficult times, this was a lovely thought from a local company. (I would add that pool areas are always spotless & well maintained) I would highly recommend GymPlus and again, compliments to all the staff. Thank you, Deirdre

Fantastic experience: Love the gym, friendly staff and great facilities. Will be staying put. Recently got new machines in also which have been rearranged, so people have more space and can stick to certain areas lile cardio and weights. They have nice big open spaces for classes too such as the spin class room, or the big hall where everyone cam do other classes such as X fit. Squash court too and a pool. Has everything you could want in gym. Most of the staff are super friendly too. Further updated the gym ️‍♂️ machines got even better! Good variety of machines and free weights now. Wait tines are less too during peek hours.

This is a great option for parents to be able to check how they are getting on. Its just a pity my schedule dosn't give me the time to join as a member .

Fantastic experience: Found the whole facility to be excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Classes are brilliant. They even have a climbing wall. The gym itself is very well equipped and has everything you would need for all types of training. I've used the pool with my daughter since she was 6 months old and I've always found the pool and changing area to be tidy and very clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
