We offer women's fitness and Pilates group classes - BumpFIT (prenatal fitness), StrollerFIT (buggy fitness), BodyFIT (strength & conditioning), pre & post natal Pilates and mat Pilates group classes. We also offer personal training sessions. While we're into fitness and being healthy, we're also big into forming a community of mums and friends, because lets be honest, becoming a mum and a parent is such a special time, but it can be lonely and tough at times too. As much as we love our kids, it’s nice to have some 'me' time with adult conversation! No Mum guilt here! :) All classes offer modifications to cater for your stage of motherhood and level of fitness. Come for the workout and stay for the friends!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Tracey’s classes and wish I had found them when I was pregnant. Just a few months post partum I am stronger and fitter than I was pre pregnancy. Tracey is a fantastic instructor, she accommodates everyone, always giving different variations of exercises to ensure the whole class is doing the right level of an exercise for them. Her classes are a proper workout. Highly recommend these classes. Tracey’s also a great help during the classes if any mum needs a hand with her baby so that they can keep exercising. Thanks Tracey!

Fantastic experience: It can hard to get the motivation and drive to exercise during the postpartum period, with lack of sleep and busy days looking after babies and toddlers. Once I get myself to the class I'm always glad I did and it helps both my body and my mental health. As well as the physical benefits, it is also a social outlet for women in all stages of motherhood. The classes can be tailored to suit all fitness and stages in your postpartum body. Tracey will make sure your form is correct and encourage you. I recommend her classes, come along and get chatting or buddy up and get a friend to join with you for accountability. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Tracey is extremely well informed on women’s health and leads brilliant work outs for all levels, post partum, and beyond. Strollerfit is well structured, challenging and really fun. It was without a doubt the highlight of my maternity leave.. highly recommend her classes to anyone wanting to keep fit through out pregnancy, and post partum.

Fantastic experience: Started with Stroller Fit post C Section. I was so unprepared for the massive body changes and Tracey really helped me find my strength again and feel better in my body. The focus on the pelvic floor and real understanding of what happens to a body post partum are invaluable to anyone returning to exercise after birth. And even better you can bring your baby to many of the classes so no stress to find childcare. And what’s more you find a network of likeminded and supportive mums!

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming space you can find in your post partum journey and beyond.. Tracy is wonderful warm trainer who knows her stuff and keeps the classes interesting whilst lots of like minded Mums having the chats and enjoy the babies.. couldn’t recommend it more. Nikki

Fantastic experience: Started out with Optimum Fitness after my second baby. With StrollerFIT. Was extremely nervous as I hadn't done any exercise in years, but Tracey instantly addressed all my concerns and worries, reassured me and she completely tailors each group sessions to every individual there. She's incredible. But the classes also offer a social outlet too... Since I've progressed onto BodyFIT and those classes are just as good. And the results speak for themselves. Highly Highly Highly recommend Optimum Fitness. Thank you Tracey and the team

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Optimum Fitness enough! I joined the StrollerFit classes 3 months after having my little girl and ended going to 3 morning classes a week sometimes! The combination of getting back into fitness and adult company was just what I needed. Once I was 6 months post partum I started the Wednesday evening BodyFit classes (a definite step up in intensity ) and haven’t looked back. Give it a go - you won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: Tracey’s classes have been the one thing to help me get up & go since having my baby nearly 6 months ago. I’m quite lazy when it comes to fitness, but these classes are so enjoyable and fast paced that you don’t notice the time passing and you feel great after a fantastic work with like minded ladies in a similar situation (with or without your little ones there playing happily beside you!).

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the BumpFit classes, I just wish I had found them earlier in my pregnancy. Tracey is a fantastic trainer who provides a welcoming, safe environment for Mums-to-be to train. The class offers a full body workout with all exercises adaptable for your fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Looking forward to joining the StrollerFit classes when I get the all clear at my 6 week checkup.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing the BumpFit classes for a couple of months and I thoroughly enjoy them. I was delighted to come across the classes as there are not many fitness classes in Dublin that are specifically tailored for pregnant women, but this is exactly what BumpFit is! Tracey is an excellent instructor and does a good variety of exercises, including cardio, core and exercises for strengthening shoulders, legs and arms. I look forward to the StrollerFit classes when my little one arrives! I highly recommend OptiMUM Fitness for any mums-to-be and new mums!
