Negative experience: Disgraceful, booked in for 9am on Friday, I show up and no one is here. No way of getting my money back too as no one answers the phones

Fantastic experience: The one non-negotiable of my week and the most impactful thing i've done for my physical and mental wellbeing in years. Whatever else happens, i make sure to get in at least twice a week.

Fantastic experience: Great location and team. Service is excellent from Dean and team and the facilities are top notch and spotless. Free towels, robes, showers, private rooms.

Fantastic experience: I visited this incredible gem in Bray this evening. It is beautifully set up, your own infrared sauna and cold plunge pool. I didn't expect to get 2 rounds of sauna and cold plunge in and felt incredible afterwards. Dean has literally thought of everything, from towels to bathrobes, to the water softner shower head and organic shampoos and body wash. The incredibly friendly staff are extremely dedicated and have created just a wonderful ambience! Highly recommended - I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: Offgrid is one of the places ,I call "my happy place".I started a few months ago with the main interest in the ice bath,as I have been doing the wim hof method for almost a year.Sauna and ice bath sessions have become my way to unwind and destress,the benefits the sauna has had on my psoriasis is absolutely incredible,I've stopped using any steroids on my skin and am very happy to report that the psoriasis is fading away!!! offgrid is a very special place,great atmosphere,calming and absolutely spotless! Dean is very knowledgeable about all the therapy's they offer and is sound as a pound. I highly recommend this wonderful place!!

Fantastic experience: Where do i start The space is consantly upgraded by Dean (owner) nurturing it like a baby. The normetic leg is a winner for me Cold plunge and red sauna all in your own private space. He has a wide arrey of modalitys and vendors ZENBOX by Katryn I literally have no words. She is extremely holistic but with the professional sparkle. From her greating so warm. Her set up seems basic but makes so much sense All floor level. Beautiful aromas of oil blends. Soft music. She starts and finishes with a mini cong (great idea) Her massage work is hard to describe.starting on te front to relax the shoulders Then onto bk ,her hands never leave your body till fonished. Where you put your head in whem on tummy she has placed invigorating oils to smell. All these little tings. Her work is like cranial sacral and a shiatsu, i cant really find the words .but INCREDIBLE . Dont walk run. L Bus and train easy access,street parking.

Fantastic experience: I had a back massage and regretted not booking the full hour. Katrin‘s technique is brilliant and I left super relaxed. Highly recommend this and definitely going to book my next massage soon. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Visited this fantastic establishment on Saturday with a pal and it wont be our last time thats for sure! Absolutely Amazing Atmosphere, so accommodating, fab private facilities and spotlessly clean! The staff are extremely friendly and Dean did everything for us during our time there whether it was fresh ice filtered water into the room, helping us with the sauna set up and walking up through the whole process, giving us a tour of the whole place afterwards to show us what other services they offered and even giving us a free tester treatment for the Normatec Therapy!! The Sauna had a bluetooth connection which allowed me and my pal to listen to music during the whole thing to make the ice bath that bit more bearable as well. Would give 10 stars if i could! Absolutely amazing energy from the place and people! Thank you <3

Fantastic experience: I spent an hour in the 1 person infrared sauna and ice bath mix. It was my first experience of an infra red sauna and while the temperature reached 73C that really did the trick easing joints and muscles too. Lasting about 20 minutes before moving to the most fantastic cold water bath I could have imagined climbing two dark wood stairs into a stepped blue bowl about 4 feet deep with the water approx 2C but gently moving to remove any thermal barrier my body was trying to make the icy feel reached the core of my muscles l, tendons and joints in a way that I'd not experienced before. This combined with some Wim Hof breathwork made the experience very satisfying indeed. I returned to the sauna and bath twice more before having a shower and getting dressed. Even the day after I feel energise, mentally focused. The enthusiasm of the gentleman I spoke to really added to the experience. Thank you very much. I highly recommend and will book again very soon.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended 'Off Grid' to anyone looking to unwind and relax, or try something new. This is a hidden gem right on our doorstep in Bray. We booked a large sauna and ice bath where you can hook up your own phone, ice water provided and mood lighting. Towels available if needed. My skin felt amazing the next day and I felt so relaxed afterwards! Can't wait to try out the other offerings here and will most certainly be back. Dean is really friendly and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I was feeling tight after my football match and was told by my team mate to head out to OffGrind Recovery to do a Normatec session, After one session I felt a lot of stress released from my Hamstrings. I trained the following week and felt great! Would recommended this to people playing sports or athletes! For a quicker recovery. Great facilities and Dean was very friendly and had lots of knowledge on recovering the right way. Will definitely be back and recommending my friends. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Great experience today in contrast therapy- super clean, calm space and brill to be able to connect your music to sauna. Space has huge potential, currently is brilliant value and would reccomend people new to saunas do give it a go- it's nice and private, and temps in infra-heat heat means you can do a longer session without discomfort. Great owner with real passion for getting all the community in the door- will definitely return and looking forward to seeing it develop even further!
