About us: Dance and Health was founded by husband and wife, Lily and Viktor in 2011. They have an amazing team of qualified Zumba fitness instructors who have a common purpose: To help you fall in love with exercising and make exercise a stable part of your life. Whether you haven't been exercising for a good while but want to get your heart-rate up a bit, or lose a few pounds or maybe just to switch off after a tough day at work, we got you covered!
