Fantastic experience: Every program that I have tried before I kept on failing , lost my motivation and as a result didn’t succeed. But with Alan it was completely different!! Absolutely loved the 6 week program!! He is so motivating and understanding , he found a way to work around my busy work schedule ( as I’m a nurse ). He thought me how to calculate my calories and get exercise into my daily routine, and there were no extreme changes made to my lifestyle or anything that I knew I wasn’t able to do. I lost over 26cm in total, and roughly 5kgs down. I feel more toned, clothes that used to be tight on me are quite loose now He also does mindfulness sessions and really works with the mental health as well as physical well-being. I’m so happy with this program that I actually signed up to do a personal training program for another 8 weeks with him! I couldn’t recommend him enough ! He really cares about his clients and that really helped me achieve my results
Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Alan's twice. The first time I lost 10kgs in his 12 week programme. I was delighted. Alan is an excellent coach. He is not harsh or judgemental and consistently shows empathy. Before I started his programme I had no knowledge about exercises and weight lifting at all and was terrified to go to the gym for fear of doing things wrong. Alan showed me the basics and my confidence grew all the time. My reasons for doing the programme the first time around was weight loss. However I went back a year later when I fell off track and was experiencing one of the most stressful situations of my life. I used exercise and diet to cope with this situation and it was hugely beneficial to my mental health. The second time around, I had a completely different mindset that didn't focus on weight loss but moreso a huge lifestyle change and the goal was to find balance. Alan was hugely understanding of everything and was an excellent help and often an ear as well. I cannot recommend him enough. I now feel confident enough to go to the gym myself and do exercises I once had no clue about. I have a balanced and varied diet and whenever I fall off I know I can always go back to the routine I created for myself. The journey isn't always linear but it is well worth it. Alan's approach as the Mind Body coach is well rounded, helpful and never judgemental. Reaching out when you want to make a change is the hardest part but Alan will not let you down.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Alan and his 12 weeks program highly enough. Personally, completing this program was one of the most self enriching actions I’ve ever taken in my life and one of my proudest moments. I didn’t only transform my physical aspect (lost 23 pounds in only 10 weeks!)but I also gained so much insight into personal issues and behaviors. It was a holistic transformation all round. I was in a very dark place when I joined and all I knew is that I wanted a change but didn’t know where to start. His support from day one and throughout the program was exceptional!. The approach he applies to the program is by far the best you will encounter in this market, goes beyond that just physical training, with simple small tailored weekly goals that are almost impossible not to achieve. My honest opinion is that it’s an educational and self empowering program for those ready and willing to make a positive change in their life. I hold a very high regard for Alan and I’ll be forever grateful to him for his support throughout this entire time. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Mind-Body Training enough. I'm currently on my 2nd 12 week programme and really enjoy Alan's sessions and all round approach to coaching. Alan's encouragement and sense of humor make each session enjoyable and effective. With weekly check-ins and feedback it keeps me aligned to the programme each week. Alan's positive energy motivated me to push my limits, and the convenience of virtual sessions makes them easily accessible. The results speak for themselves; with a loss on the scales and clothes sizes in the first 12 weeks and huge gains in mentality towards food, exercise and self compassion —I highly recommend Alan and Mind-Body Training for a fun, assessable and successful fitness journey right from your home!

Fantastic experience: After just a month training with Alan and following his holistic approach to weight loss/body strength training and meditation, I can honestly say it has changed my relationship with food and exercise. Alan is the only personal trainer I have trained with who actually focuses on the holistic and mental health side of his client’s relationship with food and exercise. For the first time ever my relationship with food and exercise is now healthy and very enjoyable. In the last 4 weeks, the training, guidance, and encouragement from Alan has changed my outlook completely. I am already 12lbs down with inches off my body. I am much more focused in work and am sleeping so much better at night. I never ever thought I would enjoy working out and enjoy eating well. Alan takes so much time in his initial consultation to find out exactly what triggers the negative relationships with food and exercise and spends time finding the right plan and approach for his individual clients. I cannot recommend Alan enough. He's a total professional, friendly, and most of all empathetic.
Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying this programme because I came to it with zero experience and very nervous of the training. Alan takes people from where they are at and tailors everything for the individual. The nutrition plan is excellent because it’s completely realistic and there’s an understanding that not all of us eat because we’re hungry - we eat for many reasons. There’s a definite shift in my thinking!
Fantastic experience: After joining the 6 weeks challenge with Alan from Mind Body Training I can happily and confidently say that it was brilliant! I truly see a different in my body but also in my mental health. Alan spends your time very wisely, between prep sessions before you get started on your 6 weeks and then when you get started he checks in to be sure you are on track. There is no crazy diet, impossible work outs or time consuming mental exercises, it's all planned around pushing yourself that little bit extra, keeping you accountable and helping your progress. The mental health side of it is also fantastic because it's coming from someone who knows the true difference it can make as Alan has had his own life turn around thanks tmthe work he is now sharing with others. The hardest part of anything in life is getting started so i would highly recommend that you take the first step and get in touch because Alan will walk you through everything it all and take that anxious feeling away. It can feel over whelming but so worth taking that leap of faith, your mental and physical will thank you later.
Fantastic experience: Note: I'm not a student of Alan. I found Alan online when I was looking for personal trainers. Though I couldn't join him due to my location and commute, I had a good vibe chatting to him online. He was courteous and prompt during our discussions. Despite me saying that I've chosen another gym that's closer to my home, he was kind enough to wish me the best and said I could reach out to him if I had any questions. I'm sure he'd do a great job with this students.
Fantastic experience: The 6 week programme is a great way to kickstart weightloss and engage in a change in lifestyle. The step by step approach breaks everything down to a manageable level so nothing is overwhelming. I found this was key to keeping on track for the duration of 6 weeks and also with changing my mindset to see long term change rather than the stop start I’ve done in the past. Alan is great for all extra support to keep everyone on track and also tailor makes the programme to individual needs without making you feel like you’re not committed to the programme just because you might not be able to do the same exercises as other participants. All in all it’s a great programme and I’m looking forward to keeping everything I’ve learned in my day to day life.

Throughout this programme Alan has helped me significantly by providing expert advice, guidance, support, easy to navigate guides, innovative recipes, mindful meditations and workouts that require minimum time but achieve maximum results. Fantastic experience: Just finished my 1st 6 week programme with Alan. To say I am amazed at the results would be an understatement! The first step for me was signing up and getting my head around the classes . . . . . I have NEVER been to a gym based exercise class for weight loss this didn't matter I feel like I slotted into the class and alan is so patient and helpful,making sure you are getting the most from the session. I've tried diets galore for half of my life none of which have given me results like MBT. I can see now how I am in control of my weight and measurements by how I act and what I eat!! In 6 weeks I have managed to shed 105 cm of fat, I've improved my energy levels and whatsmore I want to continue with it!! Alan's class offers not just fitness classes and nutritional advice but gave me access to a community of women like minded to me and with a similar end goal. . . . .even if there is a day where u fall off the wagon u can garentee alan and the girls will be there to brush u off with a few words of encouragement and a helping hand.

Fantastic experience: I did the six week Mind Body Training programme. I have always struggled with eating and exercise and due to school I had let stress take over my health. I was a bit nervous when starting this programme as I can find exercising intimidating, but Alan went through the whole process with me helping me each step along my journey. I learnt the importance of meal prepping and how to get in the right frame of mind in order to achieve my goals. But aside from my physical health improving, my mental health had improved immensely. As well as stressing the importance of mindfulness Alan also offered a mindfulness session at the end of each workout, it helped me relax and rewind from a long day of school. My whole attitude to food and exercise has completely changed, I don't fixate on calories, I focus on nutrients, and I no longer see exercising as a chore. My confidence has also soared, which I never thought would be possible. Thank you Alan.
Fantastic experience: I took part in the Mind Body Training six week programme. Without realising it, due to work and family commitments, I had really slipped into a rut, and my health, fitness and general wellbeing had taken a hit. As it had been so long since I had done any exercise more strenuous than walking, I was a little anxious about how I would get on with the sessions. Alan was completely understanding, and had a great insight into where I was. With a little planning in the beginning, the structure and routine of the programme fitted in with my busy schedule, and I couldn't believe it when even after just the first week I started to see results, but not just physically. I really began to feel better all round in my mood and energy levels - instead of feeling 10 years older than I am, I was coming back to myself. Although my six weeks finished, it just seems natural to keep going with many of the things I learned from Alan, and I have not just kept my weight just where I would like it, but my all round improved energy and mood has really stuck. Fantastic experience: I have completed the 6 week programme before xmas with Alan and I couldn't recommend him and his programme enough. I lost 13 pounds in that time which I am delighted with. Alan's constant support, encouragement and understanding really helped me to meet my goals. I am now a person who trains!!! I have a busy household so being able to walk into the front room for class via Zoom was definitely a bonus and gave me that flexibility I needed. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend mind-body training enough, I completed the six week programme and lost a stone .I was delighted ,before I couldn't get back on track by myself with lockdowns and the likes and I wasn't happy where I was at. I found the programme easy to follow Alan is very supportive and keeps you on the straight and narrow, The classes are great you can do them in your living room which is great with all gyms etc been closed ,What I like about this programme is The support and the fact you check in often with The Facebook group , Chats with Alan and you gain lots of information that you take with you long after the six weeks, So you can succeed with the tools your given ,there is also mindfulness sessions that I love and I have signed up for the PT sessions because I was so happy with the results and service . Fantastic experience: I have recommended and would continue to highly recommend Alan’s Mind-body training. I completed the 6 week challenge and not only lost 1 stone I changed my lifestyle and what I was eating. His advice and guidance has given me the tools to continue making the right choices and keeping active with regular exercises. He is encouraging, patient, and in constant contact with you throughout the online program.
