Fantastic experience: I've been doing yoga with Christine for a few years now and have only good things to say. She's extremely welcoming, warm and enthusiastic. Her new studio is really fantastic and has everything you need in a modern studio. New classes are being added all the time including a new Saturday morning one and hot yoga! If you live in the area I really would recommend if you are looking for a friendly place to start or continue your yoga practice. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Wow! I cant recommend the Heated Flow Yoga class at Yogra Yoga Studios highly enough! It was great way to begin new 2025 intentions, not to mention focusing the mind ahead of a hectic day! Thanks Karen and Christine for an energising, focused and fab session on the mat! x

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to add Vinyasa Flow to your teaching portfolio I would highly recommend Christine at YoGrá Yoga Studio. Christine has so much experience and knowledge, she encourages you and is kind and inclusive. I learnt so much, from sequences to sequence building, theory and analysis, with a manual and plenty of book suggestions for continuous learning. I would highly recommend the 40 hour Vinyasa Flow Training.

Fantastic experience: Christine is fantastic, she helped me enormously and she trained me when I became a yoga teacher. Christine was the first teacher to get me into wheel pose - a long term goal at the time - and this was during lockdown so it was a remote class! I can't recommend her or her team enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending classes at YoGrá since March. I love it. On Sunday Christine hosted a yoga retreat in Hotwell House in Enfield. Herself and Anne-Marie welcomed us with the usual warmth and enthusiasm . The day was packed full of yoga, meditation, singing and chanting, nature and walks. The girls were on hand and happy to assist with anything needed. Yummy homemade food and endless cups of tea and treats. I can't recommend them enough. Only pity is they don't do them every Sunday lol. Keep an eye on their page for current classes and upcoming events.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant yoga by Christine in Westwood today. Love her teaching style, v clear instructions, and her empathetic awareness of difficulties people may have with certain movements. Would love Christine to be a permanent instructor in Westwood! And yes, I let Westwood know this too!
