Fantastic experience: I absolutely love F45 Blackrock! I used to be a member of a bigger gym but I found I didn’t go as often because I didn’t know how to properly work out so I found it intimidating. I joined F45 Blackrock in September 2022 and I have never looked back. I’m so happy to have found a workout that suits me and I can’t live without it now. All of the coaches are brilliant and really knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable in what you’re doing but also help me push myself to achieve my goals. I love that each day is different so I never get bored. Niamh is brilliant and always answers any questions really quickly. As someone who used to dread working out, I couldn’t be without it.
