Fantastic experience: Myself and my girlfriend have been training with Gillian and her team since October and we have loved every session! We were never ones for much exercise to be honest but lockdowns and too much indulgence had left us needing to kick ourselves into shape so we started training with Body Project and haven’t looked back since. What we didn’t expect was to enjoy it so much. Every session is loads of fun and no matter how hard we work we really do come out of each session buzzing with more energy than we went in! We started at 2 sessions a week and upped it to 3 a week very soon after starting which should speak for itself - especially from two ex couch potatoes like us! The results have been great so far and we can’t wait to continue our fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: I literally cannot recommend those enough. I started with The Body Project on the training and meals programme. It’s a great way to kick start your weight loss and fitness regime. I found the programme to be greatly motivating. I was enjoying training with the team so much that I decided to keep that up after finishing the initial programme. Each of the trainers are great to work with. They all get to know you and to understand your goals and capabilities. They keep you motivated and really work with you, pushing you to get the best out of you. They really make the time fly and I never come away regretting going in. If anything they make it easier to go in day after day. I’ve been training there for 6 months now and can see a real big difference in my fitness, but most importantly I feel great both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend Gillian and The Body Project enough.
Fantastic experience: When I started with BodyProject, I was 47 years old, and in pretty poor physical shape. I started the training and meals plan, and within 3 months had lost significant weight, and was feeling healthier than I had ever felt in my adult life. I continued to train with Gillian and her team,for another two years. The change has been profound and enduring; I now get to a gym 3 times a week and have a much healthier diet. I would completely recommend BodyProject to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. They offer excellent, expert training, and ongoing encouragement and support in diet and lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I attend the group classes at the Body Project. Gill and the other trainers are great to work with. The classes are great as numbers are kept low so it’s never crowded. It is the first gym I have actually enjoyed going to and stuck with!

Fantastic experience: I started out doing the 6 week Training & Meals programme with Body Project, I was really happy with my results and it really improved my general eating habits. Since then I have signed up for two rounds of the Group Sessions and I can't recommend them enough. Super small groups, three times a week, intense workouts but the trainers are very supportive and motivating. I've done every type of workout and class in Dublin and this is the only one I have stuck with!

Fantastic experience: I did the 4 week program and it was really great and challenging, the thing I take from it is just how to eat much healthier and I have actually started loving the process. Definitely highly recommend it to everyone! Who want to see results to kickstart their sustainable health journey. Also Gillian's energy is the best to be around

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 6 weeks programme. I lost 1 stone and inches off all the right places. . The studio is great, bright and airy. The trainers were very good and help me focus on getting fitter The food was very tasty and there was plenty of variety. I am delighted with the results and I would highly recommend the programme to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I joined BodyProject recently after researching a personal training program that would best suit my needs. In the past 2 years I gained a considerable amount of weight reaching almost 140 kg that decreased my level of energy and motivation to exercise. After speaking and meeting with Gillian I felt encouraged that the choice of selecting the 6-week personal training and meal plan was the first positive step towards a healthier lifestyle and personal fitness goal that included weight loss as well as a stable long term fitness solution. Throughout the 6 week period, I felt extremely supported by Gillian and all the staff at BodyProject who pushed me gradually to regain strength with an enjoyable workout routine. The meal plan really helped me to manage my eating habits well and without real difficulties, thanks to the delicious and well balanced meals. The first week was challenging but I was determined to stay focused and succeed. At the completion of the 6 week training and meal plan period I have lost a total of 19.2 lbs; I feel motivated and energized to continue setting new fitness weight loss goals. I would recommend BodyProject to anyone who is serious and motivated to exercise regularly and change stubborn eating habits.
Fantastic experience: I completed the 6 week training & food programme last autumn 2018. It was a challenging but phenomenal experience ! My body was transformed - after years of pregnancies & c-section surgeries I thought my body would never be the same again. It’s better ! The programme introduced me to personal training exercises & gym equipment; invaluable for boosting my confidence to join a gym & attend classes when the programme ended. Almost a year on I have maintained my shape & weight & thoroughly recommend this programme for anyone looking for life changing results. To be stronger, leaner & slimmer. The mental health benefits cant be underestimated either. The food is really good quality & reset my portion controls. Gillian & her team were brilliant (shout out to Lana & Aiden !), imparting lots of anatomy / science information, encouragement & support. And most importantly laughs !

Fantastic experience: Dishy are my go-to people when i need to reset & when time doesn't allow me to organise healthy, tasty food for myself! Great variety of menus, delivery is always on time - Dishy gives me the gift of time back (& it's good for me too). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've had an excellent experience with the team at The Body Project! I started off about 7 months ago, on their food and workout program, and it's been incredibly effective. After my first 6 weeks, I shifted more to a focus on strength and mobility, and the trainers there have been happy to accomodate my new goals. They have smart, challenging routines that are personally tailored to your abilities, even as you progress. I'm very pleased with my results so far, and fully intend to stick with them! Thanks especially to Aiden and Lana, who have been motivational and fun to work with!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with The Body Project. 20.5 kilos off in 20 weeks. Love the support: one-on-one with trainers in a great facility, private regular check-ins to gauge progress, and healthy, tasty nutrition. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: 4 weeks into my programme I've only good things to say. The personalized training is really varied and gets the best out of you. The food is also excellent with lots of variety so you don't get bored. +1 to Gillian and team.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommended Gillian and her team highly enough! It is a sanctuary to visit, meals are delicious and they push and challenge you during every session. I am by no means a 'sporty' person but the body project is a place where everyone is made feel comfortable no matter their level of fitness or interest in sport.
Fantastic experience: I don't know how to gush adequately enough! Gillian and her team are amazing - Miracle workers! Body Project has truly changed the way I see food and fitness. Gillian and Aidan know how to push you to your maximum ability, but while also making feel safe and secure. There's nothing like this elsewhere in Dublin. If you're on the fence - trust me. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Gillian and the rest of the BodyProject team. Gillian is such an empathetic trainer but does push you to get the best of your personalised workouts while still making it a fun and enjoyable experience. The studio is also a really chilled place to workout whether inside or in the lovely outside garden in the summertime. This is a must for anyone looking for a more tailored approach to their fitness.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the Body Project highly enough. Gillian and her team are so encouraging and motivating, the workouts are challenging and enjoyable and, coupled with the food plan, I shed both weight and inches in 4 weeks! You won’t find somewhere better.

Fantastic experience: Gillian is a great trainer and a lovely person! She gets amazing results because of the unique approach she takes by designing her clients training and providing all of their meals. All of the meals are prepared by expert chefs and are healthy and delicious.
Fantastic experience: I love going to work out with Gillian and the team. I started working out with them after trying for about 15months to shift my baby weight. I shifted it after 2 months was even 7 lbs lighter than when I first got pregnant. Im now pregnant again and making it a priority to work out with Gillian and the Body Project. It's a much healthier pregnancy and I have bags more energy. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Just go, go, go! Gillian and her team will even get the least enthusiastic (me) to work out steadily 2/3 times per week. And keep it fun. Not including those lunges of course. But seriously, if change is what you're looking for, your odds are pretty good in the skilled hands of this team!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Body Project highly enough, whether you are trying to loose weight or just change up your work out routine. It covers it all, challanging workouts that are fun and fly by, plus great food to get you through the week.
Fantastic experience: Just completed 6 week prog with Gillian at Body Project. Lost 1 stone and several inches from all over my body. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It wasn't easy but so worth it. I have oodles of energy and the change in my body shape is remarkable. I did a number of my workouts with Aidan who works with Gillian. He is an excellent trainer who worked me hard and is very knowledgeable about which excercises/weights are best. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with both him and Gillian. I'm using the programme as a platform for a healthier lifestyle going forward. The food was great. I've seriously reduced my caffeine intake and increased my water intake. Overall a very positive experience.
Fantastic experience: I actually look forward to training with Gillian, not something I've experienced before! The workouts are always different and good fun. I'm into week 8 now and my body shape has really changed through a combination of training and the delicious food. I can not recommend this business highly enough for its professional and motivational service.

The food is really tasty, helps you get an understanding of portions and takes the thinking out of what you are going to eat. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the Body Project highly enough. Whether you are there to get fit, lose weight or both! They are a very knowledgeable, dedicated team of trainers, who will work with you to define & achieve your personal fitness goals. It's my first experience of personal training and I'm loving it. Our workouts are varied, interesting and dare I say it fun! The studio facilities are excellent and its centrally located. It's 5 stars all the way!
