Negative experience: Rude male staff seemingly going out of his way to make passive aggressive remarks towards customers. Not good enough.

Fantastic experience: The best gym around. For a small town, BMS has everything and more than you'd expect to find in any gym in a large city. Great atmosphere and staff are so friendly. Couldn't recommend it more. I'd give more stars if that was an option. ⭐️

Fantastic experience: BMS is a brilliant gym. Lorraine and Seamie provide an amazing facility and are forever innovating to ensure all their members are getting the most out of their experience. No matter what your fitness or health goals are, you will be tailored to here. I couldn’t speak highly enough of how good the classes are, and all the trainers go above and beyond what I’ve experienced in any previous gyms. There’s always a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere and all the equipment you could possibly need.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with fantastic staff members. They take great care with all their members and really stand by their ‘Body Mind Soul’ ethos, proving that it’s not all about lifting weights and looking good. Their classes, PT sessions and lockdown challenges provided, both in the gym and over zoom, are top notch. Been dealing personally with Seamus for a few months now and my life has improved on so many levels. Really can’t recommend these guys enough!

They also offer a great variety of fitness classes including strabs and yoga. The trainers are all friendly and supportive and offer quality advice. Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym & the finest of staff! The team have created a really enjoyable environment both on the gym floor and in classes. I would highly recommend this gym for all fitness needs & levels. I'm currently signed up for the personal training and nutrition programme with Lorraine. She provides an excellent service and has helped me tremendously with my nutrition & fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend to everybody. :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym, if your looking for professional support they have a team member to support you for any goal. I've been like so many others out there going from gym to gym with sub standard info provided and at a price but here they see you and there on hand to help with professional advice. The difference for me personally was you can feel the enthusiasm, they want you to succeed with them and you feed of that enthusiasm as your more than a membership your goals are there goals. Personally working with Lorraine and she's helped me go from beginner to novive feeling confident in the gym and keeping us all together with that same spirit over lockdown through zoom. The gym is exceptionally clean with great equipment, and all set up to ensure everyone’s safety with current covid regulations.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely weekend in Bundoran and was really happy to find this hidden gem, BMS Warehouse Gym is less than five minutes walk from Grand Central hotel, the gym is modern with all top of the range equipment both for cardio and weight training, easy no hassle sign up and induction with really friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend specially if you're like me that can't miss the gym even on holiday! Thanks

Fantastic experience: Totally agree Laura & Catherine, the equipment really is the best of the best, 4 racks 4 benches a few treadmills and cross trainers loads of dumbbells etc you wont be stuck for equipment and the classes upstairs which there are loads off, at times to suit everyone morning and night, it also have the best equipment with the owners and staff ready to answer any questions or go above and beyond to help you, there is also plenty of free parking and a lovely wee place with a great menu to replenish those carbs called the Hardy Baker,
