Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and I am so glad to have made that decision. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and the other members are all so friendly! There is always a great atmosphere there and everybody makes sure that the gym is always clean and that equipment is wiped down for others to use afterward. There is a huge range of equipment here which helps for all types of body work outs. Membership at the gym also isn't too expensive which is always great. This is a great spot if you're looking to join a gym around Longford!

The gym is always clean and there is lots of machines and free weights to use, other users willing to help you out if you get stuck with the machines. There is also Lots of parking, Can’t wait to get back to training again ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: The Iron Kingdom gym located in Longford town is one of the best gyms I've been to in a long time. It has a brilliant selection of weights, machines and cardio equipment. It is very clean and newly furbished. The machines are cleaned regularly by staff and members. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it if you're considering getting gym membership in the near future. It is also extremely, reasonably priced. Everything is to a high quality and standard.

Fantastic experience: The Iron Kingdom gym in Longford is without a doubt one of the best equipped gyms I have been in. The staff there are extremely helpful, attentive and very welcoming. I remember stepping foot inside the gym for the first time last year and both Michael and staff put me at ease straight away. The staff were more than happy to show me around and every time I come over to train, they always know my name! The gym has always been so well maintained and is very clean. There's always blue roll and spray available to wipe down your equipment and this is enforced by staff also to ensure everyone can train in a safe and clean environment. I always look forward to training here so much and can't recommend it enough ☺️

Fantastic experience: Taking my workout routine to The Iron Kingdom has being a fantastic choice. First off, the equipment is of a high standard, it is modern and has a sense of 'newness', very clean and there is a huge variety! Secondly the setting and environment is again fantastic, it is a wide open space with all equipment convenient to access. Lastly, the staff is professional and very friendly. They all create a really great environment to workout and enjoy your routine. Best gym in the region hands down
