Fantastic experience: the Banging Bean is a welcome sight on a cold wet match day. This place is new so I tried the burgers and chips, the kids were not disappointed. They also do specialty coffee too, served by someone who knows their coffee. Ohh, the cakes and pastries are banging too !

Negative experience: Wouldn't let anyone in with their own ID, bouncers were obnoxious and rude, drink was way overly priced, plastic cups were ridiculous..

Positive experience: Very run down and staff show little interest in the customers that are new to the club. Entire building needs a much needed revamp downstairs toilets were flooded on the night I visited the club.

Negative experience: As Tolka Rovers is a football club I thought that they'd have respect for any person of different nationality renting this place for a party, but the manager and staff had showed racism by making rude comments under their breath each time a language other than English was used. They even went as far as childishly pointing fingers. I wonder how this football club is really operated on field. Staff had been so unfriendly taking pictures without consect, we had agreed that the party will start from 5pm but they allowed football players stay on our party to play pool. After that, the place had stayed open for strangers to come on and watch a football match, this was absolutely ridiculous and not accepted. My advice is to stay away from this place, even if they offer a free party it is not worth the amount of stress and upset. In my opinion this please is overrated I will give them a minus 5 stars.
