NRG Health & Fitness

NRG Health & Fitness is a gym and leisure club located in Galway. There are two locations: Knocknacarra and Bohermore. NRG provides fitness classes, swimming lessons, personal training, kids classes and much more! Our trainers are experienced in helping clients achieving their goals such as weight loss, strength training, increasing fitness or sports specific. NRG is the club of choice for the Galway hurlers and Galway footballers. NRG has free wifi for its members. Members have a large variety of gym equipment to choose from including free weights, weight machines as well as high tech cardiovascular equipment which gives members the option to watch netflix if they wish.
