Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience. Neat, large and clean room with all amenities in working order. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was lovely and the kitchen staff sure knows how to take care of you. There are many rooms for meeting and a golf course. The bar is also at your convenience.

Negative experience: Honest review Disappointing Experience – Poor Breakfast My wife and her friends recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, overall the experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the bed was extremely comfortable – one of the most comfortable she’s slept in, which was a real highlight of the stay. The younger members of staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they made a genuine effort to provide good service. However, She was quite taken aback by the behaviour of the more senior or mature staff members, who came across as rude and dismissive. This really soured the atmosphere and made interactions uncomfortable. My biggest disappointment, though, was the breakfast. For me, breakfast is one of the main joys of staying in a hotel, and I always look forward to it – but this was one of the poorest I’ve encountered. There was no fresh fruit, no choice of yoghurts, no pastries, and only a very limited selection of hot food, which was already scarce 70 minutes before the end of service. The display looked dismal and uninviting, as if it had been forgotten about altogether. Given the overall cost of the stay, I expected much better. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I felt it was important to share my honest experience. There is potential here, especially with the younger team and the comfortable rooms, but serious improvements are needed – particularly in staff training and food quality – if this hotel is to meet even basic expectations. A side note €4.80 for a jug of cordial is absolutely shocking .

However, I was disappointed to hear about your experience with some of our more senior staff members. At Roganstown, customer service is one of our core values, and we aim to ensure every guest has a positive experience. I will be discussing your comments with the senior management team, and together, we’ll address any areas where we can improve through additional training or coaching.

Regarding breakfast, I regret that we did not meet your expectations. We frequently receive positive feedback on the quality and variety of our food. During your stay, we had a large group dining at the same time, which caused some of the buffet items to run out more quickly. While we try to ensure that all items are replenished promptly, we deliberately avoid overstocking the hot items to ensure they remain fresh for all guests. We offer a variety of choices, including yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade pastries, signature brown bread, and an à la carte menu with popular options such as Omelettes, Smoked Salmon, and Eggs Benedict. I apologize if this impacted your experience.

I was also happy to see that you mentioned the comfort of your bed, which was a highlight of your stay. However, I noticed that you rated sleep quality as 1 out of 5, which seems inconsistent with your comments. It's possible this was a mistake when completing the review.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying this was part of a package trip where the hotels were planned by the traveling company and we were not able to choose where to stay. This was our 4th and last hotel and was supposed to be one night. Due to a poor experience at the prior hotel, I phoned RH&CC to ask if we could come a day early. The woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely and accommodating. Upon arrival Serkan immediately made us feel at home. We had dinner one night and breakfast our first morning. Staff were friendly and food was very good. Espresso martini probably the best of our week long trip. Room was comfortable with a large bed and a good sized bathroom. Every time we passed the desk Serkan was there... I even joked and asked if he lived at the desk. The two nights we were there, he was never away from the desk morning, noon, dinner time. Though all of your desk staff were the friendliest of the trip, Serkan was really the gem. I have never met a nicer employee eager to help and always with a smile and sincere friendliness. I got his name before departure because I wanted to leave him this review. Please tell him his new friends from US, Lauren and Kenneth room 212 that gave him the US adaptor (in case another guest needed it) say hello and thank you for making what was originally a bad day into a seamless transition. I am happy we got to stay an extra night at your hotel due to an unfortunate incident at the previous hotel. What a fantastic way to end our time in Ireland! Cannot thank your staff enough!!

Positive experience: Our final night in Ireland at Roganstown Hotel & Country Club left a distinctly negative impression, contrasting sharply with the warm hospitality we experienced elsewhere during our two-week trip. Upon arriving at noon, we requested early check-in. The receptionist informed us of a €30 charge, a stark departure from the complimentary early check-in offered by all six previous accommodations. When we inquired about dining recommendations in Swords for St. Patrick's Day, the same receptionist curtly replied, "We have a restaurant here. If you want to find another, you can find it yourself online." This unhelpful and unwelcoming response was the most unfriendly encounter of our entire holiday. Our room, while clean, was basic and lacked essential toiletries like soap and shampoo, which were available only at an additional cost. Breakfast mirrored the overall experience: uninspired and underwhelming. The decaffeinated coffee was instant, a further disappointment. The lobby furnishings were worn and appeared fragile, adding to the hotel's overall lack of attention to detail and guest comfort. In summary, Roganstown Hotel & Country Club failed to provide the welcoming and accommodating atmosphere we expected, leaving us with a regrettable final memory of our Irish journey.

I understand that this differs from other properties you’ve stayed in, but each hotel sets its own policies, and we try to be transparent about ours.

Food and Dining Options: I appreciate your feedback about our restaurant recommendations. While we do, of course, highlight our own dining options, we are always happy to share additional local dining suggestions. My receptionist was only aiming to assist you by suggesting a broader search to help you find the best places to suit your preferences. We also offer assistance in arranging transport options and directions to any choice you make.

Toiletries: I would like to clarify that we do provide complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash in the dispensers within the guest bathrooms. There is no charge for these items, and any additional requests for extra items can simply we fulfilled by contacting a member of our reception team.

Breakfast: We take great pride in offering a varied breakfast selection, from juices, cereals, and fresh fruits to a full Irish breakfast and à la carte options. We also use a bean-to-cup machine to brew our coffee, ensuring the highest quality for our guests. I appreciate your comments and will ensure our staff continue to provide excellent service during breakfast.

Decor and Furnishings: As a country house property, our décor and furnishings are designed to reflect our heritage and history. We maintain the highest standards of build quality, and any concerns about the durability or fragility of the furniture can be addressed with further inspection. We are committed to offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.

Once again, I regret that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, but I hope you will consider returning in the future so we can better demonstrate the high standard of service and accommodation for which Roganstown is known.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place and nice atmosphere. One complaint, I noticed a lady trying to gain access to invalid toilets.. it was a struggle and had she of been alone, she would not have been able to use restroom.

Positive experience: Had a lovely one night stay here with my partner on a spring sale deal. Gorgeous hotel and grounds. Very peaceful. The leisure centre was lovely abd gad jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Had dinner in the bar. The food was good and the staff very friendly. Staff in general were lovely. Would return.

Negative experience: Will not return was very disappointed I booked for my husband birthday with 6 friends,we arrived to watch the rugby and they could not put volume on the TV,the food was disappointing and we were told 2-3 times there was live music and supposedly then the band cancelled so our overall stay was very disappointing

Fantastic experience: Decent spot for meeting up for food drinks and a chat. Comfortable and staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Have stayed on one occasion and been many times for lunches breakfast and dinner so can speak from experience. Negative experience: So ordered a latte today at coffee shop beside swimming pool ..I payed full price 4€ ! However I got a half a cup .so I asked where's the rest of it ? I payed for a cup not a half cup .. My answer was that's what the machine gives you !!! Well guess what change your machine . disgraceful.. robbery!! Should hv cost me 2€ Ps ..if your machine gave me a half a pint of beer for the price of a full pint ..what would you do ?

Thank you for your review. The coffee machine in our Leisure Centre, as with the one in our lounge are pre programmed to dispense a consistent coffee each time. We have two options in terms of how your coffee is served, in a Roganstown branded mug or a Compostable cup, both of which are 12oz in volume and fill to approx 80% when the machine dispenses the required coffee. The remaining volume is to allow for any additional hot water or milk.

Positive experience: We upgraded to the main house for the extra 20e and it was well worth it. The room was fab and spacious. We had a great sleep in the huge bed. The leisure centre was good and we enjoyed using the facilities. The staff were lovely and our dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We would definitely stay again and the value for money is excellent.

Fantastic experience: (Correction because I originally confused it with a different hotel.) The room was nice, the staff friendly and the restaurant good. We just spent a short night there so didn't use any of the other amenities.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our time here. We upgraded for a room in the main house and it was very clean comfortable and warm. Only downside for me was the shower it wasn't great to be honest no pressure and took a long time for hot water to come through. We ate in the bar and the food was lovely and the service was great. We also had the breakfast which was delicious and a great selection.

Fantastic experience: Well located less than 15 minutes from Dublin Airport in quiet rural setting. Spacious, comfortable rooms, great bar food (huge portions) and attentive and friendly staff. No hesitation in recommending Roganstown

Positive experience: Have used this hotel on couple of occasions when using Dublin airport and find it more relaxing than some others closer to airport, had a king size room this time very comfortable only down side very small TV. Staff excellent as normal, hopefully try golf course when we stay again. Evening meal very nice.. definitely worth trying.

Positive experience: We checked in late and went straight to our room. It was ok but the bed was not great. We also had a staff member barge into our room while we were asleep, they apologized and left quickly.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner stayed here for one night in the main house . Fantastic experience: I visited Roganstown as a golfer and was very impressed with the condition of the course. All areas of the golf course were in excellent condition especially the greens which were very true and consistent. Fantastic experience: Needed Dublin accommodation for August 23 & 24 2024 and city hotels were massively expensive. Roganstown H & CC was a great solution. Easy, short taxi ride to and from DUB airport and easy shuttle from DUB to city center. Especially good location if you want to be near DUB (e.g. leaving early next morning). Food, service, room and especially value were all great. All this plus live music in the pub.

Positive experience: Excellent hotel for golfers and it's proximity to Dublin Airport makes it a very quiet alternative in a country setting (approx 25 euros by taxi). Very good food.

Positive experience: We stayed in this hotel in the last night of our 3 weeks vacation in Europe as it was close to the airport and had reasonable price for weekends . Staff are nice and polite. Bedrooms were large .No AC. Even though the weather was cool around 16 C still rooms were a bit hot. Jacuzzi and saunas were nice but they need a refresh.

Negative experience: We lost a grand of our security deposit to this club when we booked it for our wedding before covid. When the pandemic hit, the wedding planner quit and never informed us. Nor did any manager at Roganstown. When we contacted Roganstown they claimed they had no knowledge of us booking. After some back and forth we finally spoke with several managers and they refused to refund us our money. Just an awful experience all around. Inept management. Stay far away, there are better venues that value their customers. Edit: as expected management responded with lies and hostility. We were refunded zero money back.

A lot of what you state in your review is untrue. We did return a substantial amount of your non refundable deposit as a gesture of goodwill. This was after we offered a number of alternatives to you during months of communication but in the end you decided to hold your event elsewhere. We, like any other venue in the same position, did our very best to work with you during a difficult time for both venues and clients alike and it is hugely disappointing that after a number of years, long after your original and subsequent re booked dates, you felt compelled to post a review now.

Negative experience: rooms where extremely hot, bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Found dirty underwear in the wardrobe area. breakfast and dinner was good with friendly staff. no lift to bedrooms, so be aware you will have to climb stairs free parking is a bonus.

Negative experience: golf courses both are fantastic hotel is a bit let down by the old style that is now clearly worn in a lot of places beds are done and very hard and lumpy been in contact with hotel before arriving and no replys to any emails that were sent food brilliant golf 1st class hotel needs updated and money spent on beds and overall flooring and decor 1st time there and although food and golf were great i would not return untill hotel has been updated in rooms stayed in room 109 ground floor 3rd august 2024

Positive experience: The staff were very nice, in general would probably stay again but feel that some things could be improved, the room we stayed in looked a little dated and no USB in the room only way to charge phone was pay €2 and lock in box near restaurant and could not lock it. Also the room was clean in most areas but the top area of radiator needed a good clean.

Fantastic experience: Only played golf there on the Roganstown course, very well laid out course with great fairways and excellent greens. There is also a driving range there to warm up (3€ for about 35 balls). Buggies are available for €40. There is also a shop to buy anything you need. €60 a round each player might be a bit steap especially if your not great, like me, but it was still very enjoyable, the course is relatively wide on most holes, but bring some spare balls with you, you'll need them neat dress essential. There is lots of parking but depending on the hotel events (weddings etc) might be full.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant location. A real golf course which makes you think every shot. Proshop staff Elaine,Orla jack , and neil. Are very professional and accomaditing. Hotel staff are the same and very polite. The biggest selling point is the hygiene. The wash rooms and toilets are kept to a very high standard by Mr Micheal Dolan and the cleanliness would pass any military inspection. Positive experience: Rooms are old and outdated, poor lighting and mold in bathroom. Food is good but slow service. No elevator. When we checked in , someone brought the bags upstairs. Checking out I had to ask twice about getting bags down. A small female brought the bags down using the stairs to buffer the weight instead picking the bag. She damaged the wheels on the bag

Positive experience: Location is beautiful and peaceful. Was disappointed with the room as there was water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Apart from that, pretty view on the countryside and room was comfortable. As we were only staying for 1 night, we advised them of the leek but didn't ask for a new room. Hope the get it fixed before the ceiling falls on somebody's head.

Positive experience: Myself and my wife wanted just a relaxing night away and we got exactly that. From the time we arrived until leaving the following day, we were made feel at home strsight away. A lady cslled Bromwin, looked after us in around the bar area and for breakfast the following morning and was exceptional at her job. Beautiful grounds to have a stroll around and a fantastic looking golf course for those who wish to have a round. It was well worth the journey to go have a stay in this fantastic hotel and country club

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful . Food was fantastic and the pints were excellent . We didn't use the leisure facilities but they looked excellent. The rooms good do with a bit of refreshment. All in all a very good place to spend a few nights.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my stay was badly impacted by horrible guests in the room next door, who appeared to think it was OK to have a party from around 2am until 7am, banging, shouting and being a general nightmare, so I didn't get much sleep. The room itself was comfortable, location is close to the airport, and naturally being a large golf and country club it is in a rural location. The staff did seem over stretched. My colleague was put into the wrong room, and then had to experience all her belongings being placed in laundry bags, and moved whilst we not at the hotel. The matter still has not been resolved satisfactorily. Not a great stay.

Negative experience: If I could rate this place a zero I would! Gave me the wrong room on the first night, then moved my stuff out in laundry bags the next day! Someone even tried to come into my room after midnight while I was trying to sleep. After all that, their offer was to comp a £30 dinner and gift me some cheap Prosecco and a £10 box of chocolates. Don’t stay here!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Please accept my sincere apologies for our mis management of this issue. I appreciate that on occasion, a genuine mistake can be made and for the most part, can be easily rectified. However, on this occasion we simply failed to deal with a genuine error, made by my reception team, and compounded it by making bad decisions thereafter.
Firstly, we should not have allocated you to the incorrect room. This was our oversight at check in time and there really is no excuse. More importantly, we should at this point, have realised our error and found an alternative solution for you. That solution would have been to leave you in the room you were checked into and not impose a room move. My team, on reception, made an error of judgement in moving your belongings and I have spoken to and addressed this with them, and I am confident that this will never be repeated in the future. I know that they would like to be associated with my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.
The manager on duty arranged a Bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates to your room and provided your meal and drinks complimentary. This was a genuine gesture on our behalf in light of our error and I am sorry that you felt it was inadequate.
Thank you again for feedback and please know that I will personally undertake to conduct the necessary corrective coaching and re training that is required.
I hope that you may consider Roganstown for a future visit and to allow us the opportunity to restore your faith in us.

Negative experience: I booked this hotel traveling from Toronto Canada.. previous to staying here knowing I'd be flying in at 6am I had called the hotel to say would an early check in be possible.. they said shouldn't be an issue. I arrived to be told no early check in.. this hotel is in the middle of no where I had no car.. you can sit there pointing to the lobby sofa or you can head out and come back later.. where exactly am I to go at 6am? Nothing open in hotel. At which point a very nice lady who couldn't be accommodating enough with deepest empathy knowing I'd been up 24 hours interjected and brought me into the breakfast area. I was told the Manager was now on duty and to go see him.. I arrived to the desk very calm and proceeded to explain what happened.. this Manager who I think got his hospitality degree in Guantanamo bay, shuts me down so rudely and obnoxiously .. then proceeds to demean with yes yes yes I know I all this.. nothing we can do fully booked. Then proceeds to side with his staff when I relayed how this person treated me.arriving wasn't professional.. I always side with my staff is what he said.. do you have a business? Are you a Manager ? You always side with staff.. I had no opportunity to let this person know that I own a very successful company and quite frankly if a client had a complaint.. you listen to the guest you do not degrade and interrupt them.. your working in a service industry.. you empathetise, you offer some suggestions or things you can offer the guest? Not degrade them ,tell them were fully booked, who ever told u that shouldnt of i cant do anything basically your problem how dare you even try to have a criticism of our hotel? I have never seen anyone as unprofessional degrading and rude work in the hotel industry.. to which I arrive into my room.. I'll have a shower... no hot water.. Jesus wept.. Like tepid everyone had used up the water? I wouldn't dare approach the front desk for fear Mussolini would attack me.. Do yourself a favor don't stay here. This man is a terrible representation of this hotels brand.. how he is employed in this position is shockin..

Thank you for your review. You claimed that you called the Hotel in advance of arrival to arrange an early check in, yet you could not tell when you made the call or whom it was you spoke with. This seemed a little strange as you booked your room through an OTA less than three days prior to arrival and not “ weeks “ before as you claimed on arrival. There is an option when booking through this particular OTA, to give the Hotel your estimated time of arrival, which you declined to complete. There is also a messaging facility on this OTA that you can communicate directly with the Hotel to make any arrangements for your stay, including requesting an early arrival. You failed to do this also.
Upon your early morning arrival, one of my team offered you a sofa in the lobby to sit and relax or if you preferred to get some air, a walk around outside of the Hotel, until a room becomes available. It was explained that the Hotel was fully booked the previous evening but you would not accept that and demanded an early check in. Another member of my team invited you to the breakfast room to enjoy a coffee and some breakfast BEFORE it was open to other guests. You came to the reception, quite irate, at 7am where I again repeated what had already been explained to you, that the Hotel was fully booked the previous evening and that I would arrange for the first room returned to be yours. You failed to mention in your review that you were given your room key at 8.45 am, a full 7 hours prior to the designated check in time.
I understand that having been awake for 24 hours you may have been tired but that does not give you the right to make demands just because you wanted to get your own way. Of course I defended my staff in light of you accusing them of treating you badly. They did not, nor did I, in any way treat you badly and perhaps it was your stress and tiredness having been awake for 24 hours that clouded your view of the facts. They simply outlined that as your booking was that day, check in was from 4pm and there was no room available for you to access at 6am due to the Hotel being full. You claim that we should empathise with our guests and offer them suggestions. It was explained to you, more than once, in a calm and friendly manner, that the Hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available. It was explained to you that you would be allocated the first room ready due to your overnight flight and early arrival. You were offered a place to relax, the option of getting some air and you were even treated to a complimentary breakfast. And we got you checked in to your room by 9am. I would think we fulfilled the criteria of looking after our guests in this situation.
I can only assume that you had some difficulty operating the shower controls as we had no issue with our hot water supply. Had you contacted any member of the team, we would have happily explained the controls to you. It should be noted that all of our other guests enjoyed the use of hot water that morning without issue. It is deeply disappointing that you would choose a forum such as this to express your displeasure but yet it comes as no surprise considering your previous review in which you wish a small business go bankrupt as you didn’t like a service they provided.
Hopefully, in the event of you arriving for an early check in to any Hotel in the future, you have the foresight to make sure to advise the Hotel in advance. I am certain that this will go some way to managing your expectations and ensuring your tiredness after a long - haul journey does not adversely impact your experience on arrival at your accommodation provider.

Negative experience: Rooms and hotel OK. Bar tender Nials was nice and helpful. After dinner went to explore pool and sauna and was very rudely ask to leave by pool attendant. We just wanted to see the facility. This behavior is unacceptable and that is why the 1 star service rating.

Having spoken to the Leisure Centre Manager, whom dealt with you yesterday, It seems that you ignored the signage and proceeded to walk out onto the pool deck. It was explained to you that we have a viewing area where the facilities can be observed and that non swimmers are not permitted on the pool deck. I hope this clarifies for you the reasons you could not just wander through the pool area. Glad you enjoyed the rooms and bar facilities and we look forward to welcoming you back to Roganstown in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a sincere THANK YOU to Oana and all the Team; Bronwyn, Jessica, Bo, Erin, Paul, Christian, Niall and a lovely lady wearing glasses whom I didnt catch her name,  for all the help, assistance, excellent service and wonderful day our daughter Charlee had for her Confirmation Celebration Meal on Saturday 13th April. Everone had a terrific time and all the staff just went beyond the call of duty and were so accomodating to our needs. We've celebrated many family occasions in Roganstown over the years, including weddings & 21st and have always been guaranteed a superb experience The band in the lounge finished off a fantastic family day for us❤️ Thank you all so much, we'll be back

Negative experience: There are quite a few reviews on the bedding and I have to 100% agree. That was the worst night sleep I have ever had on a bed. Literally had a bed spring in my back and had to flip the mattress over to try and make it somewhat bearable. When going to flip, the mattress looks as if it was found on the side of the road after a homeless person had his way with it. Hot tub was nice and hot but then you look up and just see mold caking the walls. Unless your there for the golf, it’s not worth the money. The food and drinks for us were good and that’s it. You can get that without renting the room.

Positive experience: Nice hotel and location. Rooms large and comfortable with nice decor. Beds confortable. My only comment on the room which might not be relevant for holiday bookings but for me on business I like to relax at night and watch TV. It was a tiny portable TV with only 4 channels. I could barely see the picture from the bed it was so far away. For this reason and the level of noise from a large coach party on the first night I marked it down to 4 stars. Thankfully the rowdy guests were warned to keep quiet on the second night.

Negative experience: Myself and my partner stayed here as part of their Friday Night Getaway offer. We were really looking forward to it. The rooms were basic but clean and overall very quiet. We did enjoy their lesuire centre especially the hot tub. As part of their Friday getaway offer we had dinner in their bar. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food but especially the service. My partner ordered a medium cooked steak however it was quite rare ( in their defence he did not let them know and ate it this way.) however the wait for the food was exceptionally long. We were in the bar over two and a half hours and only had two courses. When we asked for the dessert menu no one came for 25 minutes and when I asked the man serving at the bar he replied without turning around to face me .”yeah, that’s going to take a few minutes “ we decided not to order dessert. But when we asked for the bill we waited another 25 minutes but it never came. So we returned to our room and settled it on check out. I feel the bar may have been understaffed as there was a 70th birthday party in the bar and only two staff and a man who appeared to be a manager on at the time. I have never written a review about a hotel before but I was honestly shocked at how poor the service was. Which was unfortunate as I was so looking forward to staying here.

Positive experience: The stay was excellent however the food is not great at all. Both the lunch and dinner were very poor. I could not recommend going again or recommend to anyone else due to the poor food where everything was overdone. Fish always so overcooked that neither myself or sister could eat it we tried taking off the burnt batter but what was inside was burnt. The brill was like leather and again overdone. Caesar salad was a bowl of iceberg covered in sauce. Breakfast was also not great either.

Fantastic experience: Just back from a night away with MIL & sister in-laws. I have stayed in this hotel a no of times as location is perfect for me to have a catch up with friends or family. From the moment I contacted the hotel to book, I spoke with the lovely Jodie who was so friendly & accommodating even when we had to change our dates, nothing was too much trouble. The staff when we arrived were also very friendly and welcoming as we're the staff in the bar. Extra bonus there was music in the bar. Food was also lovely. Lovely night had by all, thank you.

Positive experience: rooms were a bit dated. customer service was great. They allowed us to check in at 4 am, because our flight timing was a bit weird. I recommend to stay here. Staff were helpful, with us and our baby. good experience overall.

Positive experience: Had a lovely 1 night stay in this hotel, room was clean quite spacious and the bed was really big and comfortable, also nice big bathroom too. Bar was nice but bit on the quiet side for us as not many people there but overall we had a lovely stay and would stay at this hotel again as it's in a nice quite relaxed location just outside Swords. Thank you guys.

Negative experience: The first room snelled like old urine covered up in perfume. We were moved to a different room on the second floor that smelled much better. We had 2 cheap, hard twin beds that creaked like people having sex if you moved. The halls were very noisy. Not a good night's sleep. The bar staff was very nice. Response to management; High quality bedding must have a different meaning in your country. Squeaky, hard bedding that I could feel the springs poking through is not in any way high quality. I'm highly disappointed in your establishment.

Positive experience: Room is clean. Bed comfortable. Room lights are all very bright and could use dimmers. Small stuff - Speakers for background music in bar/restaurant are terrible! Very crackly and just annoying. Ambiance would be great if this is fixed. Not a deal breaker. Have stayed here a few times.
