Fantastic experience: The staff is very kind and the gym has everything for training, a pool, sauna, and steam room

Positive experience: Good all round but swimming lessons do take over the pool. Many times 1 kid in full lain, rope off part of the casual area for this would be better.

Positive experience: Joined the gym during the summer. The gym itself is big, clean and quiet - no complaints. The gym membership offers pool access which is the reason I chose this gym and my training would be mostly swimming. However, every time I have gone since the start of September, there are two of the three lanes closed off at peak times (4 to 6pm weekdays, all day Sundays) for swimming lessons, leaving all the adult paying members to swim on top of each other or have no access at all. In retrospect I would not have chosen a membership here if I knew my pool access would be so limited and am disappointed no staff member made this clear to me before I committed to a membership. Also during lesson times parents leave their children in the small women's changing room on their devices and headphones as they have nowhere else to go which is unfair on adult women trying to use these small facilities at peak times. The gym definitely favours parents of children doing swimming lessons not it's adult members. Am unsure if we will continue our membership at this time.

Negative experience: DAY PASSES ? Why are most Gym & Spa places in Ireland membership only. They expect you to be tied down to membership only. Many of my overseas friends said this is something they dislike about Dublin. Everything Gym and Spa place expects you to be tied down to membership only. It's ridiculous. In Germany, Denmark and Prauge I was able to visit bigger gyms with Pools & Spa paying for a day pass. Experiencing different Health and Fitness clubs is way more interesting. People like to have choice. Not to be signed into monthly contracts. especially as a tourist. when Ireland's weather is so lousy that you can't go swimming in the beach. if you want more customers offer day passes.

Negative experience: I canceled my membership on the first day. After walking around to find the entrance, I finally found the gym (the underground floor of the hotel) and then the yoga room after some confusion, making me 3-4 minutes late to the class I was looking forward to. Just as I was about to enter, the instructor, Tatiana, dramatically crossed her hands in an X from the front of the class, and walked to me singling me to leave in a way I felt to be disrespectful before I could even utter a word. The gym was overcrowded at the time (it’s on the smaller side), so I decided to leave and cancel my membership, as this disappointing first impression has convinced me not to return. I was applying for the cancellation 5 minutes after the yoga session started. On a brighter note, the reception staff were nice, and they’re the only reason I’m giving this place two stars.

Fantastic experience: Swimming pool is a bit small and always full of children so you really need to check timetable for classes before you decided to swim otherwise you will end up not being able to swim. Gym is fine overall. It does not have a huge gym or swimming pool but it is alright overall, at least clean and neat. The team is very friendly and nice too.

Negative experience: Nice establishment but a mediocre welcome with an unpleasant hostess who can neither smile nor inform customers correctly. I am dealing with this aggressive person this Thursday and Friday May 18/19. It seems urgent to me that this club works and trains the reception agents for a better quality of reception.

Positive experience: It's ok place. the sauna is good but a bit small. When there are many people it feels crowded very fast. the pool is around 20m. The water is full of chlorine and not very transparent :(

Positive experience: It's a decent place, but very small and relatively expensive. At peak times you may not be able to change or find a free locker for a small amount of time. There is no real room to do exercises. There is a small spot just inside the entrance door and there is a separate room, but it is usually used for classes. The pool and sauna are very good, probably the best features. Staff are nice and friendly. The equipment is decent, but I would only ever use one of the three rowing machine as the others were not unusable in my opinion. Good equipment is particularly important when doing 5000m.

Positive experience: It's a nice pool but it's small and always overcrowded. At one time you'll have a children's swim class, then one lane with two guests doing butterfly like they're training for the Olympics which takes up that lane and then a Aquarobics class in the remaining space. It's fine if you just want to be in the water a bit but you can barely swim a lap. Even if you can't swim, you would barely have an issue because the crowds of people left and right of you would keep you afloat.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym facilities in the centre of Dublin. Lots of equipment to suit all requirement and enough equipment to cope with busy times. There are also scheduled fitness classes that are available for hotel guests too. All equipment, pool and changing facilities were very clean.

Positive experience: This is my 3rd gym in Dublin and this is the only gym where I got the personal assessment training from trainer Ciaran. Also, have good quality of service. This gym is worth at the fees they have.
