Fantastic experience: This is a great gym and Jordan is a brilliant instructor. The classes are small, and you get personalised instructions on how to use the different machines and weights. You do not feel the time going, and the classes are great fun too, which helps!. It is a brilliant gym and great value for money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this class based gym for nearly a year, and it’s fantastic! Jordan is very knowledgeable, ensures proper form, and is always encouraging and accommodating. The small class sizes feel like group PT sessions, making it perfect for all fitness levels. The gym is clean, and the equipment is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 2 of the best trainers I've come across in my 20+ years training..really monitor the whole class and making sure everyone's form is correct,it's impossible to cut any corners,great members and brilliant buzz in the gym everyone is welcomed with open arms as soon as you enter this place...highly recommended for all fitness levels and experience
