Fantastic experience: I have been to lots of gyms, and this is, without doubt the very best! The equipment is state of the art. The atmosphere is both welcoming and fun. There are no barriers to age, ability, weight or gender. Lastly, but definitely NOT least, is that the staff are so professional and delightful. They make everyone feel welcome and always do their very best to support each individual. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thank you so much for making such a huge difference, both to my life and many others!

Negative experience: Bought my daughter the value card for teen gym because she was told she has to pay as she signs up its been 2 weeks now and she cant even sign up because the teen gym is "full" i paid 45€ for this value card

Bookings for teen gym open at 6:30am the day before the class is scheduled to start (for example; if you are looking to book into Wednesdays teen gym, bookings open up for this on Tuesday at 6.30am). We recommend booking as early as possible after this time to secure a spot, as the places, especially at this time of the year can fill up quickly. Fantastic experience: Just visited whilst on holiday. Lovely staff, didn’t realise how big it is as was just looking for a swimming pool, changing rooms clean and plenty of changing cubicals and lockers available. Toilets in changing area a little small but that’s just me being picky, loads of showers, nice pool also with steps and handrail to enter which was great and water temperature not freezing like some other pools we’ve been at, separate pool for infants with mushroom type rainfall, large slide also for rest of kids and adults alike that runs for first 30 mins of session, greeted at reception, very friendly and helpful (my youngest has plenty of additional needs) lifeguards - several on duty and also friendly / helpful. Would definitely go back

Positive experience: Great pool and great slide which runs on the hour every hour for 30 mins during open swim times. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and steam room too. There's a separate pool for the smaller kids too. Showers and dressing rooms were nice and clean. Very impressed. Lovely welcome from the staff as well. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Very good for kiddies pool, always clean and well staffed with plenty staff to keep everyone safe. Water in the showers nice and warm so no shivering kiddies after swimming. Good value too with under 3’s going free

The pool is hugely popular with families, but there is always at least 2 lanes open for swimming.My wife says the sauna and Jacuzzi is great. I'm just a gym rat. It has 90% of what I would like to use (I'm older now) but I'm a very happy member.

Negative experience: Full of teenagers, everyone on their phones filming, empty weight racks. At this point I literally have more equipment at home. Really disappointing. We registered here specifically because of the pool, but it’s not a place to get a proper workout in.
Hi Jenny, thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are always glad of our customers feedback. We are not sure of the time of your visit but it sounds like you came in during one of our Teen Gym sessions, as outside of these sessions we would not have a lot of teenagers in the gym. These sessions are run on Mondays & Wednesday at 4.15pm- 5.30pm and on Fridays at 1.30pm & 2.30pm finishing at 3.30pm. We also have a one hour session on Saturday mornings at 11.00am. and we are not sure if you were aware of these sessions. If you were hoping to come again outside these times we would be confident that you will be able to have a more enjoyable work out. You can also check out our gym (and pool) timetable on our website along with our social media sites (Facebook & Instagram). Once again we are disappointed about your experience and ask you to visit us again at times outside our Teen Gym sessions. We hope you will visit us again and have a much better experience.

Positive experience: Great pool especially the learner pool for children. Lifeguards were constantly monitoring the water. The temperature in the pool area seemed a bit too cold so we only went once on the slide as kids were shaking while waiting in the queue. Still it was a great afternoon and we will be back!

Negative experience: Beautiful pool however they would not cancel my direct debit!! I moved away from the area and asked them to cancel but they didn’t. Had to ring my bank to get it stopped.

Fantastic experience: Really Great facilities for families and babies. 3 different size pools. Baby pool lovely and warm like a bath. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Really handy having family showers and changing cubicles. Our little girl loves it there. Staff really friendly.

Positive experience: Facilities are very good and clean, but some staff tend to micro-manage costumers, fair enough if there is real messing, but people are spending their money to relax, just out of lockdown aswell, empathy and common sense would go a long way

We are very sorry that you only experienced a 3 start experience today as we try to set our levels higher than this and although we put our customers enjoyment first (so that they can have a 5 star experience) we must also put the safety of all our customers first, whether it is around water in the swimming pool area or heavy equipment in our gym. Negative experience: Have been taking my kids swimming there now for about 2 months every Friday and Sunday and is warm welcoming and would give 5 stars my daughter is 11 years old and ny son is 8 and they have become heaps and bounds on there swimming been swimming in the deep end with me by there side and today the assistant manager miriam was so rude to myself and my son to tears saying he can't swim with me beside him because I might get into trouble too and my son can hold his breath for 25 seconds I'm teaching them how to not panic in deep water with me deside him and now I was hoping for some advises parents thanks

Fantastic experience: Excellent, exceptionally clean swimming pool. Opened in 2013 but looks like it only opened this year its so well looked after. The swimming pool is really well maintained as are the changing areas. When we were there, there was at least 4 lifeguards on duty. Great children's slide too.An excellent system in place to deal with covid restictions. All round congrats to the management and their team who obviously work very hard.

Fantastic experience: Impeccably clean which is rare for a public swimming pool and very friendly staff with great facilities. Showers are nice and warm. Theres also a slide which younger children can go on when accompanied by an adult. I live in Enniscorthy but make the journey to New Ross because I'd reccomend here so highly.

Fantastic experience: The gym and the swimming pool complex are great. Also, the annual membership includes attendance to fitness and aquaerobics classes. However, the showers leave a bit to be desired: they are ok, but improvable: an overhead unit and hangers, etc. They are making a great effort to come back from confinement after 2years lockdown. Children said the big water slide is amazing . A place worth visiting and enjoying.

A few issues with the leaks in the building at the minute, which is annoying especially in the male changing rooms. But they are working on them!! Gym space is great plenty of equipment. Huge car park and signing in and out is effortless!!

Positive experience: I attended the apex today for the pool with my partner and son. I had been a member for the first few years it opened and only changed for a different gym more classes etc. Apex was a 5 star gym and pool. Today was my first time back in over a year or more. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. The main changing room was extremely un clean. Dirt all over the floor very shabby looking. I found the mens toilets difficult to take a deep breath with the smell of urine. I did say it to a staff member. I don't write this as a criticism but as feedback. This building is relatively new and to see the change in over a few years is such a shame. Staff were friendly and courteous as always but house keeping was the let down.
Fantastic experience: A great swimming pool, very reasonable and plenty of lifeguards with waterside for the kids and Sauna/jacuzzi & steam room for Adults I would recommend highly
