Fantastic experience: Calisthenics uses a person's body weight and requires minimum equipment . That form of exercise brings a lot of health benefits, not only for a body but particularly for a brain. Do it something, out of nothing...❗ Push-ups, crunches ,burpees... you don't need attend to the gym to be strong and self confident. You will utilise individual weight as resistance to perform multi-joints compound movements. Honestly I highly recommend this form of activity. I'm not a theorist, I was training intensively in solitary confinement cell , visiting English prisons. Only You, walls, window, door, bed and the toilet. Enjoy the day and the freedom Fresh-Air Open Gym workout is much better than... ... inside.... indoor, believe me.
Positive experience: Pros : - Pull-up bars high enough, good for any height - Dips bars of different heights, great for full ROM Dips or any gym moves - Good bar grip in general Cons : - Wood chips ground, not the best to train barefoot or for HSPU
