Fantastic experience: Best gym in SoCoDo. They do trial days and their equipment is racked and ready to be lifted. Good kettlebell selection and sand bags upto 20kg. Great track area too!

Negative experience: Filthy smelly, run-down changing area, toilets, showers. Almost every treadmill does not hold the pace. Teenagers allowed to run wild.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at Go Gym for the past two years, and have never recommended a gym more. The facilities are fantastic and the high standard of fitness and strength is unmatched. The staff are very accommodating and always actively pursuing improvement of the experience in Go Gym, especially Jay the owner who more often than not is seen trying to make the gym a better place overall. Could not recommend go gym more.

Negative experience: Super dirty, jacuzzi isn't on even though advertised. Sauna doesn't have any policy or procedures so people can just walk in from the gym sweaty plus eating inside leaving food behind. No policy on shower before sauna which I consider is a must for hygiene reasons. The jacuzzi isn't on but the smell of chloride is unbelievable. Also steam room. It smells like chloride. It's breathing bleach basically which is extremely toxic. Overall, they advertise one thing and it's another. Hygiene is lacking. The managers dog was in the spa area also which is shocking also.

Fantastic experience: Top quality gym with great atmosphee.

Negative experience: Extermily overpriced. They have a none Elite area but it doesn't offer much outside of Cardio.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Go Gym for just over a month and this is what I gotta say Super easy to set up a membership you can apply online and when you go to the gym the staff at the front desk will help you set up the FitSense app The staff are super nice and welcoming and when you walk in they always ask how are you which is really nice. Now the gym overall it’s a pretty good experience there’s a good set of machines for each exercise you can get all your workouts in. The community is also really nice there’s no judgement at all which is a bonus Now the changing rooms very clean number of lockers to choose from the showers are super clean also So from my experience overall it’s been 10/10 fabulous place

Fantastic experience: *Updated* Go Gym Greystones is a place dedicated to getting leaner, stronger, fitter, and sculpting your body. If those are your fitness goals, it's the place for you. The staff are great, I always get a friendly greeting at the door, especially from Lorna :-), they've often been able to give me tips on strength building and offer suggestions on exercises. A lot of the members are also very knowledgeable lifters and there's no shortage of folks on hand to give you a spot if needed. The selection of machines and free weights is excellent , plenty of racks, benches and options for bars. Also, the cardio area has the usual bikes, treadmills, rowers and ski machines. Can't comment on the classes because I haven't attended any. One of the staff is a champion body builder, so I'm sure they are epic!

Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of this gym for the past 8 years, around the time they had just started up. From day one staff have always been very friendly and easy to talk to. The facility speaks for itself and definitely one of the best gyms in the country. Although I've been in and out for a few years I've always stayed loyal to gogym because I've never had any problems about anything, I like the atmosphere there and always feel much better after leaving from a workout.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of resistance training equipment, free weights, women's only area, friendly staff, barber and hair dresser, beauty salon, cross fit area, all round pretty good. Air con is useless however so expect savage heat in the summer.

Positive experience: Huge gym with all the equipment you could want. Not the most modern but it does the job

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the country. Huge selection of machines, both plate loaded and weight selected. loads of free standing benches, squat racks, etc.. dumbbells up to 60kg. Large cardio area with rows of bikes and treadmills and cross trainers. A real gym atmosphere in the place.

Positive experience: Paid for a drop in visit. Felt it's a lot for that, as a member could see the value

Has loads of equipment but I stuck to my usual favourites so not sure how good the others are yet. Place is kept in good nick which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely worthwhile, will be back.

Positive experience: Although it doesn't have a pool, it makes up for it by the huge selection of machines for cardio and weights. The opening hours are excellent too...suit early birds and night owls!
