Fantastic experience: This review is specifically for the Equipment Store. Just wanted to note the great service I received from The Gym Advisors. I ordered 15kg dumbbells the evening of December 23rd and they arrived on the 31st in Dublin. This in spite of the holidays and COVID - 4 business days is almost unheard of for fitness equipment right now, specifically dumbbells (if you can them in the first place)! And the owner Andy actually contacted me in advance when I first placed my order to apologize for the upcoming delay, because normally they're faster! Couldn't have been happier and highly recommend them to anyone. Evidently they're a relatively new company, with many service offerings beyond the equipment store, and I wish them nothing but success.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a barbell from the Gym Advisors website just before Christmas and it was delivered on New Years Eve - so quick considering everything that's going on and it being over Christmas too. Also great value and great quality product. However the best thing by far was the customer service, honestly the best customer service I have ever received!! The reason I ordered was that I sent a query and it was replied to almost instantly. I was then kept up to date almost daily regarding the order and where it was and Andy was absolutely fabulous in responding to my queries with so much information. He also offered to wrap the product up since it was near Christmas in case it was a gift (as the box showed what the product was). So thoughtful!! Couldn't recommend more, so happy I ordered from this company.
