Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. I love that the classes are serious in that you're lifting heavy things, but there's a great friendly fun atmosphere. You can see the progression week on week and it's very satisfying being able to lift things that I didn't think I'd be able to. Very healthy positive atmosphere. Already got two more people to join up and they love it too.
Fantastic experience: Lift is such a wonderful, positive, inclusive gym. I can't speak highly enough of what an amazing environment Niamh and Shauna have created. I've never enjoyed a gym before but I absolutely love it at lift. Good craic and feeling stronger after every session.

Fantastic experience: Lift is the gym that got me into working out! I had never been into gyms and didn't like the atmosphere (crowded, poser-y, intimidating), but signed up to a course in Lift. It was so friendly, with small groups and great trainers, that I suddenly started to enjoy exercise and have no problem getting up at the crack of dawn for a pre-work workout! It's a small studio, with no mirrors and small group classes/courses, so everything is very tailored to the individual. I'd recommend, particularly for anyone who would like a cross between personal training and a group class.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak more highly of Lift! I've taken classes from both Niamh and Shauna who are both super encouraging and professional. I didn't have much lifting experience before coming to Lift and since day 1 I have felt welcomed by everyone in the class - no one is competitive or judgmental. The classes are really challenging and fun and I leave feeling physically and mentally strong. I don't even live/work nearby but make it a priority to come to the classes at Lift because I genuinely enjoy it so much.

Fantastic experience: I'm slightly biased because I used to work at Lift but I love it here. No mirrors, no pressure, no "team spirit" - just a really supportive environment to train and lift heavy weights in safe surroundings with expert trainers. I never enjoyed weightlifting until I went to Lift - now I love it!
Fantastic experience: Here I was thinking 45 minutes wouldn't be a hard workout, boy was I wrong. Awesome class with great energy and instruction! I had a great time and will definitely be stopping back in on my next visit to Dublin.
Fantastic experience: When you look in the mirror and see your body shape changing for the better, you know no matter how hard your lift session is, every single session is worth it Nothing comes easy..it all comes down to how hard you really want it Feeling better in my 30's than I ever did in my 20's . . . I started training @liftdublin7 nearly 9 months ago now, doing @shaunafitz15 's group PT course and I have to say, I have Shauna to thank for getting me this far ..I tried everything in my 20's and I've seen more results in the last 9 months than ever before.. Find what it is that works for you and stick with it... Roll on the next 9 months. ♀️♀️ . If you're looking for somewhere to train in #dublin I can't recommend this place enough. Once you start you won't want to stop
