Fantastic experience: Best karate club around! Suitable for all ages. The best decision we made was enrolling our kids at Kaizan. Watching their confidence and strength grow over the years is amazing!

Fantastic experience: My son joined Kaizen Dojo as it was recommended to us by his first Sensai, as an excellent Dojo with top class coaches, and we have not been disappointed. Sensai Brendan is brilliant with his students and willing to teach them all he knows. Kaizen is a real Karate family with everyone willing to help and support each other.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dojo. With 19 different Karate Classes every week to choose from Kaizen cater for all levels from beginner to advanced, with special classes for kids and families. Modern Dojo with a large fully matted floor. Sensei Perry provides extremely high standards of tuition and discipline.

Fantastic experience: A great place to learn Karate and get fit. The range of classes is excellent with classes to suit all levels and abilities. There is a great community and team atmosphere in the club. I have no hesitation in recommending Kaizen Dojo to young and old (and everyone in-between).

Fantastic experience: Our son has been training with Kaizen Dojo for a number of years now and we cannot reccommend it highly enough. Sensei Brendan is an amazing instructor and, along with Orla, has built a fun and safe environment for all chilren and adults whom train there that is second to none. There is a real community within the club which is very rare. Our son enjoys every second when he is training there and comes out with a smile on his face everytime. He benefits from all his time there, giving him a sense of well being, confidence and happiness along with a complete understanding of commitment and dedication that is a life lesson he will have with him forever. Both Brendan and Orla have been a huge influence in his approach to life and we cannot thank both of them enough.

Fantastic experience: I rate Kaizen dojo so highly. My son loves attending here and they have helped him progress amazingly along with his own desire to succeed the encouragement and expert training given is showing great results. The owner teaches most of the classes along with other amazing instructors who are so supportive. This is not a dojo where you can just buy your belt, they make you earn it. They really care about their students and want them to learn well. Huge number of events to attend if you want that and everyone from sensei to other parents to children attending are down to earth people truely encouraging of each other. This loyal, supportive and successful dojo makes me so glad my son attends Kaizen.

Fantastic experience: This karate dojo and fitness centre in Terenure is by far the best one in Ireland. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is owned and run by the Perry family, Brendan and Orla, who have created a welcoming and encouraging environment. Brendan's lifelong committment to shotokan karate shines through in class. He is also twice world champion and has won numerous European championships. The dojo caters for all types from young to old, from beginners to international level competitors. The other teachers (sensei) are truly committed, knowledgeable and very good at their job. It is not surprising that those who have trained for years with Brendan now have their children as members. I returned to karate after 45 years' absence and qualified with a black belt aged 70 in 2021. It is such an excellent dojo that my grandson will be starting there in early 2024.

Fantastic experience: Went back to karate after many many years (37 to be exact!!) So I Was extremely nervous but no need to worry it was the BEST decision ever. Brendan and Ruth are amazing sensei's and so dedicated. Orla in the office is amazing too!! Met some lovely people, everyone is such great support to each other and always willing to help you out. Such a lovely atmosphere. Cannot recommend Kaizen enough!!

Fantastic experience: My whole family have been training at this club for 6 years. The teachers are passionate about karate and interested in the students progress. The owner who holds one of the highest grades of karate is an excellent teacher and teaches most of the classes himself. The other teachers are also excellent. There's is also great sense of community with everyone willing to help each other and share knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Best karate club in Ireland. Cannot recommend enough. Classes to suit children or adult beginners, right up to international athletes. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Orla and Brendan have built a lovely community amongst members. Trx and fitness classes also available which are varied and suited to all levels. A premier facility to train in. No wonder so many members have trained for years with Brendan and now begun to bring their kids and extended families.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Karate Club, has to be best in the country. Full time dojo with with great coaches and huge choice of classes. Chief instructor Perry's almost lifelong experience with the art of shotokan and Japanese tradition offers the kids (and adults!) a unique learning experience of discipline, self respect, fitness and self defence. My sons confidence, concentration and attitude has come on leaps and bounds in the last couple of years while training with Brendan, cannot recommend enough.
