Any time I've been in staff have always been on hand to help out with anything I needed even if they're busy they're always very approachable. A really comfortable atmosphere to train in.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, amazing atmosphere, place is a must for any gym lover. Friendly staff, helpful as can be, memberships are reasonably priced and free classes as part of your membership. It’s a no brainer which gym to go to. Also as I said, staff are very approachable and helpful, make me feel like I have friends in the gym to speak to and to get advice for my goals. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very nice, I mean really nice and supportive. They will always help you or find a time to help. The guy who always does my classes is funny and after my first visit he did asked me how I feel and everything. I don't see much of them just two guys in evening and they are supportive... Also the club manager (sorry don't know her name).... In my first visit she were very supportive and very helpful and explained me a lot and arranged me a tour and showed me a lot.... It is worth going there and I usually give up, but not this time... They are nice and lovely people, and training there is amazing and quick and super clean. Also machines is clean and many weird ones I haven't seen... I know I'm a bit pain in one place once in while with questions and stuff but same time they are there... Through email, phone or even messenger you will get your answer highly recommend....

Positive experience: Cool gym in the centre of Dundalk. Very clean. A few more pieces of equipment such as seated and standing calf machine. Plus some members suggested that the extra space on the first floor should be converted to extra showers

Fantastic experience: Love energie fitness. Best gym in town by far. The staff are all great. Great selection of classes and the times suit me perfect for my needs. Well worth a visit if you havent been and the memberships are fantastic value for money.
