It's well outfitted, with a good range of equipment, lots of weight, plenty of space, an excellent spin room and loads of classes.The gym itself is spotless and their attention detail is amazing. There's a great vibe to the place and a smashing community in it. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Alpha 100 stars I would! Alpha is the most welcoming and inclusive gym I have been to. All the trainers are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable in their field. The classes they offer are second to none and there is huge variety, there really is something there for everyone. I could not recommend Alpha enough, it is the environment that makes me want to come back every single day!

Fantastic experience: Alpha really are the full package. Not only do they offer a full commercial gym for use 7 days a week, but they also have a full range of classes to suit everyone. On top of this they offer fully tailored meals plans, and if that wasn't enough they also help to look after your mental health. Josie has set up the most amazing community in Alpha and all the girls up there are amazing. Honestly I love going there and feel very comfortable in both classes and on the gym floor.

Fantastic experience: Alpha is the first gym I’ve felt comfortable in and actually look forward to coming into each week. Everyone in Alpha is so welcoming and I just couldn’t recommend it more! Also the most accommodating to guide dogs/ guide dogs in training.

Fantastic experience: Alpha is such a fantastic place to train. I had never done any sort of weight training before but the whole team are so supportive. It doesn’t matter who I book in with for PT they are all amazing. The gym itself has such a luxury feel and they offer such a variety of classes. I especially love Hattie’s boxx class!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym. Beautifully designed and decorated. Fully equipped with new modern equipment and staffed by highly trained, friendly people who help, advise, chat and train you. Full gym floor available to use yourself and plenty high octane classes to help you burn those cals. Spinning, boxing, circuits, whatever your taste. Go check it out. Bring your smallie if you want to. Just go. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Alpha's gym is in the perfect location just off the South Link Rd, making it super accessible to get to! I love a big gym space to do my own conditioning training in, so Alpha's Commercial Gym suits me perfectly. The trainers at Alpha were very helpful and approachable which made my first session extremely welcoming! Would highly recommend their gym!
