Fantastic experience: An absolutely outstanding facility, with staff that are second to none. The difference in my daughters speed, strength and agility in the last few months that she has attended has been unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: After my recent surgery, the Atlas High Performance Centre team assessed my situation and designed a return to exercise routine that they have adjusted as I progressed. A month on and two sessions a week, my recovery is well advanced. A team and gym dedicated to improvement, and they are achieving that with me. Thank you, Jessica, Jeff, and Stephen

Fantastic experience: As an assistant coach of a high performing U17 girls League of Ireland soccer team, Atlas has been a game changer for the girls & team. Not only are the players physically stronger but they are more flexible, faster, tuned in & aware of all aspects of fitness, including ongoing maintenance & nutrition. Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Awesome staff. Awesome approach to youth athletic development! My 12 year old daughter was looking to improve speed off the mark, all round agility and strength as she moved into an older age group playing rugby. After 3 months with the Atlas HPC team she has seen fantastic progression and has enjoyed every session. No question left unanswered (for us as parents or for our daughter) and the continuous measurement and feedback of performance related factors reinforce our opinion that this program is perfect for youth athletic development! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and facilities are of a high standard. Personal training sessions are tailored to meet clients requirements with clear focus on technique and form of each exercise. Informative and educational too, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jeff and the lads were excellent to deal with and worked really well with the U17 Hurling team. As an underage hurling manager I would highly recommend Atlas High Performance Centre and hope to bring a team back to them again soon.

Fantastic experience: Players are challenged every week by Stephen - everything you need at the elite level. He has gone over and beyond to support our u/17 girls academy team in S&C, nutrition, advising player loads, fitness testing and benchmarking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Look no further the Steve and coaches from Atlas High Performance Center if you are looking to get excellent results in your chosen sport or discipline. Their results speak for themselves. Steve is very friendly, helpful and knowlegable The gym is very clean spacious and with lots of equipment and it's nice to work out in a great atmosphere. Drop in for a chat with the lads and they'll get you started. It'll probably be one of the best decisions that you'll ever make... it was mine!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Stephen and Atlas gym. There is personalised workouts with clear instruction, measurements of progress and great feedback. Brilliant to work on areas specific to what's needed for improvement, in our case Irish dancing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility in the heart of Limerick City. Stephen and Jeff have been great in helping me get back into training again after some time off. Getting motivated after time off to get back into routine but with the right advice and evolving programs to match, Atlas really has that nailed. The facility itself it top notch with the programs to match. With the booking system in place, I've never had any issues in waiting on any equipment meaning when I book in it;s up to me to be on time as the lads will have everything else ready to go. I couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Started in the gym about 5/6 months ago and have really enjoyed it. The lads are so friendly and helpful and my programme changes every 4 to 6 weeks which keeps things fresh and I don't get a chance to get bored. Love using the app which makes it so much easier to track my progress too. I originally joined through my Gaelic Football club as part of our S&C but have become a private member now too. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to train. Jeff’s in depth knowledge of sport specific training is something I’ve found hugely beneficial in helping overall sports performance. It’s great to have someone able to fully understand your athletic goals and be able to make a realistic and achievable plan in getting there. Jeff has also effectively helped me overcome a reoccurring shoulder injury by implementing sport specific exercises into my plan. Would highly recommend.

I’m in my mid forties and only started in the gym before Christmas and now I wouldn’t miss a session as it has made me realise how important it is, not only physically but mentally too.
