At Lioness Aerial Fitness we put the fun back into fitness with our unique range of alternative fitness classes catering for all levels of ability and fitness levels. For us Lioness is much more than just a fitness class. It’s a place where you will gain confidence, a place where women support women. It’s also a place that allows you to love yourself and your body for its capabilities.

We endeavour to offer a wide variety of classes that can provide an alternative to the gym including Pole Fitness, Pole Dancing, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock and Kids Aerial classes.

We offer a variety of classes geared towards beginners to the more advanced. No experience is necessary and there are no age limits of fitness level required to start our classes.
