I’ve been in many gyms and the trainers here are the best I’ve come across. Classes are tough and you work hard but they are also great fun. I’m very greatful to Denis and the team for pushing me to my full ability in every class and the results have been very rewarding. In 8 weeks I completely transformed my body shape, no stopping now.
