Fantastic experience: Really enjoying the classes! Neil and Alan are great coaches

Fantastic experience: I joined Neil's gym apprehensive after being in a previous gym and hurting my back. But I had nothing to worry about, there is no pressure to lift heavy or over do it. Neil is a really caring coach and really encourages you. His really knowledgeable and you can ask him anything. Emma and Alan are also trainers there and they are brilliant aswell. I really enjoy going to nugamma and feel really part of the gym there. I would recommend the gym to anyone because it was the best decision I ever made joining.

Fantastic experience: Nugamma is so much more than a gym it’s a place of so much support and encouragement. I walked in breathless from the short walk from my car and in chronic pain from my back. Within a few short months I’m jumping into rivers, walking 10k for fun and boxing. Neil and Henry are guaranteed to help you reach your goals and so much more!

Fantastic experience: Neil is a top bloke, tough during sessions but it's too get the best out of you. It's a small personal gym. He offers a range of classes and personal training packages based in James Park. He is very informative and knows his field. You will enjoy a 8 week program with Neil. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great facilities with excellent morning and evening classes that are challenging to people of all abilities. Neil couldn't be more helpful I'd 100% recommend giving it a go!
