CrossFit^® Kinsale

Fantastic experience: We've just returned to Tenerife from our holiday in Cork. While there we used Crossfit Kinsale. It's a great gym with a really friendly vibe going on. We were made feel very welcome by everbody. The 3 different coaches were all very helpful, knowledgeable and communicative in explaining and demonstrating the work out. Thanks guys we really enjoyed our visit, keep up the good work Rafa & Siobhan

Fantastic experience: Fantastic box. Hands down, the best welcome I’ve ever experienced for a drop in. Every member introduced themselves and asked for my name, they were all so kind, and the coaching was stellar. Makes me want to move to Kinsale just to come train here! Thank you — I’ll be back!
