Fantastic experience: Worked with the PTs in Studio 41 over a number of months. Nason and Royce are both incredibly professional and results orientated. Their plans are tailored to individual needs, realistic in targets and cater for flexibility. The sustainability of the programme was the key with both using their extensive experience to guide along the way. Two gents, would highly recommend anybody considering kick starting their health journey to drop into Studio 41.
