Fantastic experience: Unreal, exellent gym. Great atmosphere, Top quality equipment. Very clean, but i never saw cleaning peronal disrupting training. Open 24x7... Just perfect. Friendly Staff. 100% 5 stars...!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Place is awesome. Since last Summer they have upgraded the place. You will love it if you like crossfit and need equipment! Love that you can choose times that now suit you especially when trying to avoid peak times with it being 24 hours!

Fantastic experience: Gym Life Fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve ever stepped foot in and I’ve been to plenty of gyms. Top quality equipment and staff that go above and beyond for the members. What’s different about this gym is that Declan is always asking the members for suggestions and how he can improve the gym. He cares about the members and makes sure they have the best experience. Every workout at GymLife is always a good one

I've wanted to go to the gym for so long and I'm really glad I picked the gym I did . Fantastic experience: Top class gym. I used to be so intimidated by gyms so refused to go (I had free membership for 4years and never went that’s how bad I was ). But Declan and PT Jamesie are so friendly and put you at ease. They know their stuff and are really helpful and knowledgeable. Gym life fitness is really well equipped and clean and well worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: It's hard for anyone to make that step into a new gym but at the age of nearly 63 and with physical limitations it's even harder. You need not worry when stepping into gymlife fitness , Declan is most welcoming. The personal trainers top class. The gym is spotless. The machines are first class. 11 diffrent machines to work your legs , ( thats before all the rest of the machines. . I love my gym days .

Such a great vibe here compared to the many other commercial gyms Iv been in, everyone is there for themselves and no judgement from anyone making it a non intimidating environment. Fantastic experience: Declan has created a really unique style of gym where you can come and go quite freely and stay as long as you need to, the range of equipment is truly awesome and he has made use of every square inch of space. Declan and the PTs are very professional, friendly and open to assist for anyone that needs help. If you’re looking for a state of the art gym in North Cork then don’t pass GymLife

I couldn’t fault the place and I love heading in for my sessions, Declan is always so welcoming and always makes time to check in with everyone to make sure everyone is happy! Jamesie Kelly is an unreal personal trainer, always pushing me to the do better, and helping me reach my goals realistically!! Since GymLifeFitness has opened I’m a better person mentally & physically!! Top hygiene measures also in place!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of really good equipment and selection ranging from free weight, plate loaded to cable machines, PTs are great whether you do a group class or one to one session, very knowledgeable and the owner keeps the place spotless and running smoothly and very approachable. Great to have such a good gym locally.
