Fantastic experience: I've been training with John now for almost 3 months, having not been in a gym or doing any training since Covid. My main goals were fat loss, mobility and to feel better. John then planned my sessions to help me achieve this, and so far I'm 13kg down and feel like a different person. Nothing is to much effort for him and he goes above and beyond for his clients. Whether it's just a call or a text to help with nutrition/training or just see how you're getting on. I cannot recommend him highly enough and can honestly say I look forward to these sessions the most each week. If you're looking for professional advice, knowledge and results give John a call.

Fantastic experience: John is a great personal trainer. He always makes the sessions enjoyable and you don't even feel the time going. He works with you to achieve your goals and ensures you are enjoying yourself along the way. You feel better coming out of every session. Fantastic experience: I started PT sessions with John about 6 weeks ago coming off nearly 3 months of no gym work due to a back injury. John eased me back into things lifting light at the start to get back into things and to ensure I didn't further injure myself. He thought me different exercises to strengthen my back and insured when I used weights how to do it safely. I'm now back lifting the same weight I did 3 months ago if not slightly heavier. John's knowledge is second to none, his always advising and teaching you about both the nutrition side of things as well as the gym. John is always great to focus on what the client wants and the different areas a client wants to focus on rather than just using generic programs. I can't recommend John enough and the knowledge he passes onto each of his clients. His always at the other end of the phone if you ever have a query.

Fantastic experience: Started with John 4 weeks ago and its been absolutely fantastic. John is a genuine coach who honestly cares about the individual. The classes are based on each person and what their end goal achievement is. Every session is different but always very enjoyable. John gives great encouragement and helps drive you on to reach new goals each week. I look forward to going into every session and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: John is a friendly, knowledgable and professional personal trainer. He makes his fitness classes and workouts enjoyable by creating a fun atmosphere with plenty of craic! Fantastic experience: Johns training plans are second to none and are tailored to suit each individual clients requirements. John is always on hand to answer any questions and gives you plenty of encouragement along the way. Friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of starting with a PT.

Fantastic experience: John is an excellent coach and instructor. Very passionate about what he does and goes over and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend him as he takes the extra step to listen to what his clients want. And most of all he cares for his clients, their needs and thrives on his clients achieving their goals. Every interaction will be fun, beneficial and interactive. John will work with you to help you achieve what you want and give you endless advice, something that isn’t easy to get from people in this industry and he is very compassionate. He will not steer you wrong. The very best in the business for fitness and classes, he will ensure everyone can work to their own level and will guide you each step of the way

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy John's small group coaching classes. It is self paced so I enjoy the workout and still feel the benefits the next day. John really knows his stuff and he ensures safe practice. He plays brilliant music and guides us through a great routine with ease and encouragement. He kindly let my daughter and son (15 &12) join me over the Easter break. He facilitated exercises for their age and ability and they had a ball. He gave them tips for their sports. An absolute gentleman, I highly recommend John Kinsella fitness.

Fantastic experience: Couldnt reccomend John enough, had him as a pt on the run up to my wedding. Told him exactly what i wanted and he made sure i got to my goal and always made it enjoyable too

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with John heading on 5 weeks now. I’ve been to pts before, online training and doing my own thing in the gym but John has to be top tier, in my opinion. He maps your workouts around certain areas you would like to work on. He understands that every client going into him has different goals, strengths and weaknesses and with that to the best of his ability he forms a plan to achieve that goal. For me, I wanted to focus more on my strengths training before moving to Australia. I found with online pts I wasn’t pushing myself enough. With only 5 weeks with John I went from lifting 10/12.5kg DBS to 15kg (with a little help) and my back squat went from 35kg to 50kg. Just simple little changes that John pointed out. He also put an emphasis on my protein intake. I found myself not half as hungry, lifting a hell of a lot better and looking leaner. I’m moving to Aus, in 2 weeks and plan to go online with John. I started with the light weights at the beginning too but with the right trainer you’ll be on the right path

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed Johns classes. They were easy to motivate myself to go to even on the coldest nights! John is a great encourager and motivator which makes his classes suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Great winter fitness classes with John. He mixed it up each week and kept every session fresh. Good atmosphere at all times, very encouraging and helpful, included recipe’s as part of the classes. Look forward to him coming back next year.

Fantastic experience: Very enjoyable class in butlerstown.John is great to deal with very friendly and outgoing he tailored class to suit different fitness levels which is very good,his teaching points are excellent and easy to follow overall a great class class john makes you feel very welcome looking forward to going to his class this summer in butlestown should he decide to run Thanks John Annette O Shea

Fantastic experience: Johns training programmes and classes are fun, effective and led by talented, friendly and caring instructor. I found the difference between Johns training and others is the personal touch, he truly supports you along your fitness journey. John provides top class coaching while making fitness fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend for beginners or advanced!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with John for almost 10 months now and I can’t recommend him enough. I’ve trained with other trainers in the past but found John the best. I’m down almost 20kg and feel so much happier and a lot more confident in training and in myself. Not only has john helped me reach my fitness goals he has also helped me transform my mindset when it comes to nutrition and food. As someone who struggled with eating more than 800 calories a day John has completely transformed the way I now look at nutrition and has helped me to get back to having a healthy relationship with food by educating me and supporting me each step of the way. John isn’t like other trainers and he doesn’t do it for the money. He also doesn’t believe in strict diets to get quick results to boost instagram followers. John genuinely cares about his clients and helping them reach their fitness goals in a healthy and fun way. Unlike other trainers John doesn’t set unrealistic targets and goals for you he listens to you and allows you to set them for yourself and then supports and encourages you every step of the way until you reach them. If anyone is looking to start their fitness journey with a professional trainer who gets results the right way then I can’t recommend John enough.

Fantastic experience: . He is a great coach friendly, professional and knows so much . Nothing is too much trouble if we want to change it up every now and again .. Every session is different and look forward to them with anticipation as he makes it so enjoyable.. I always feel better after it.
