Fantastic experience: After the lockdown started I gained a bit of weight due to some stress over Covid 19 and not being able to go to Portugal to see my family. Few weeks after this I received an email from Leinster, telling I was chosen to be part of the Metro Squad. From that point on I decided I needed to get back in shape, so my mom asked Lianna to help out with my training and routine. One of the best qualities my mom saw in Lianna was that she was a good PT physically, but mentally as well. She made me feel comfortable with my body and taught me to never give up if I want to achieve my goals. In result I was in intensive training with her from middle June to August. I lost 17 kg, and doubled my speed in terms of running which is great for a rugby player. I got into the team, have passed 4 elimination stages, and actually played my first match on the 21st of June. All of this wouldn't have been possible without her help, so I am very thankful for all the work, trust and love she invested on me, all those 2 hour hit classes were amazing.
Fantastic experience: When I first came to Liana I barely knew how to do even the most basic exercises and felt so weak and I genuinely thought I would never be able to progress. Two months in, I feel like I have learned so much from her and I have surprised myself with how much I have accomplished but it just shows how good Liana is as a trainer. She knows exactly when to push you harder or when to praise you. The workouts are tough but always enjoyable. Liana teaches you the core exercises but still varies the workouts and adds more so they are never the same. She was always accommodating when scheduling considering she has to fit all her clients in. I couldnt recommend Liana (and her dog Freddy) more as a trainer.
Fantastic experience: Liana is an AMAZING trainer! She pushes you hard and always mixes things up so working out never feels like a chore. Her energy is amazing and more than anything she’s a great pal to her clients
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend liana as a personal trainer. If you want results she’s the woman to help you get them. She mixes it up so no class is ever the same. She is highly experienced in delivering tough hit sessions as well as strength training and yoga. She will really push you to your limits whatever your workout.

Fantastic experience: Liana is an excellent trainer. She has an extensive knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition and is able to tailor sessions to your needs. She pointed out muscle weaknesses I had in our first session which I didnt realise I even had, we worked on them and I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Each session is tough but fun! She is a great motivator and mentor. I would highly recommend Liana!

Fantastic experience: Liana's yoga classes are great. She adapts the exercises to the levels of the class and carefully guides you in the positions. I've gained a lot of stamina and strength to advance in my practice. Her yoga classes also cover breathing exercises. Liana is funny and positive, and she aims to inspire you to be thankful and accepting. I find her class a very energising time!
Fantastic experience: I have trained with Liana for over two years and would highly recommend her to everyone. I particularly love our HIIT sessions, they're killer but really fun and varied!! Liana continually pushes me to the limit and because of this I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness level, lost inches and decreased body fat % ! The gym itself is always clean with a great shower and changing facilities and plenty of equipment for all different types of training. Liana has super tips and advice on food and all things health. She is very passionate about her work and achieving results with me. Our sessions are never boring with lots of laughs!
Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Liana highly enough! Great attitude, great energy and great sessions, they are tough but you’ll see the results and you’ll have a laugh doing it!
Fantastic experience: Working with Liana over the summer has been fantastic. She pushes us hard in the training session but we have a lot of fun too. Great mix of hitt, strength and endurance ....results so far have been great lost inches off my waist,arms and chest with the weight loss following.
Fantastic experience: Training with Liana is fantastic as she is extremely knowledgeable and always pushes me. She has helped me achieve my fitness goals and helped with an existing back injury too. The sessions are always intense but varied and fun. Liana is very professional as regards appointments and she is flexible- working around my timetable.

Fantastic experience: Liana is an absolute fantastic trainer! Best ive ever had! Her training is tough, but so worth it - love the results! So many different variations keep it always new, fun and exciting and your muscles growing, your fat melting! You wont give up because she is a great motivator and a truly lovely person! Liana rocks!
Fantastic experience: After losing 4kg through healthy eating I realized I had to get myself in shape on the inside and out. I heard about Liana from a friend who referred me and decided to give a PT trial class a try. After that I signed up for 8 sessions and I will admit it took a few weeks to get into a routine. Today my goal plus a few extras have been achieved at a total weight loss of 25kg. More important than weight loss I feel fitter, healthier and have way more energy to fuel a busy life. None of this would ever be possible without Liana. PT sessions have become part of my weekly life and I truly feel Liana is invested in my journey. I would recommend PT with Liana to anyone seeking a positive change in their lifestyle

Fantastic experience: Liana's style of training is exactly what I was looking for, someone that pushes me to work up to the last minute of my workout and maximise the time I have in the gym.
Fantastic experience: Liana is super professional and her yoga classes are one of the best parts of my week! Her care and attentiveness to each student creates a real comfortable environment to learn and practice yoga, great workout, couldn’t recommend her more!
Fantastic experience: Joyful and loving person, dedicated trainer. She is always available to help or listen to you, or to give you nutrition or training advices. If you have a health goal to achieve, she's the one to talk to! You simply can't love her!
