Fitness Classes at D&A Fit are open to everyone. Our Personal Trainer programme is tailored to your needs. Affordable weight loss and motivational sessions await! With 25 years combined experience, brothers Darragh and Aidan Reynolds are helping people like you achieve their fitness goals. Tone up and build strength.
Located in Terenure, Dublin 6 (directly across from Lidl), D&A Fit is a private fitness studio run by brothers Darragh & Aidan Reynolds. Whether you are looking for one-to-one personal training, couples sessions, group classes or bootcamp you've come to the right place.
Opened in September 2017 D&A Fit has fast become an institution for clients of all ages and fitness levels looking to build strength, mobility and fitness levels. Unlike large chains you get the personalised, professional approach.
The women's bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are generally 50 minutes long with emphasis on conditioning, strength, mobility and much more.
Fitness classes for men run every evening, Monday to Thursday, and on Saturday mornings. We also do a mixed group class on Friday morning. Work out with like-minded people.
Our 1-1 personal training programme is a bespoke package, tailored to you, including training and nutrition to ensure you achieve your goals. Your measurements will be tracked and we will be on the journey with you whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle mass or increase your fitness. Personal training can also be paired with our bootcamp class.
Darragh is the motivator you need to reach your goals and has both male and female classes pushing themselves week in week out. A big advocate of HIIT style training. His personal training clients commend his experience and knowledge and no training session is ever the same.
Aidan is passionate about strength training and weight lifting. His personal training style will have you learn the correct techniques to lift weights in a safe and controlled environment. With nutritional guides, motivation and the correct programme suited to your needs you will be on the journey to the shape of your life!
