Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the movement hub highly enough! Before joining, I had been struggling with ongoing knee pain that left me unable to run for years. I had tried personal training and group classes before, but the sessions always felt too intense and not tailored to my needs, which only made things worse. The movement hub is different. The tailored and progressive approach here has been a game-changer!! The coaches truly understand how to build strength and mobility gradually, at a pace that works for you. Thanks to their expertise and support, I am now completely pain-free and running consistently again for the first time in years. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about the Movement Hub. I signed up to the semi-private classes several months ago to increase my strength and mobility. I have seen a lot of improvements since starting. The class format changes regularly which keeps things interesting and as the classes run from the early morning right through the evening it easy to fit classes around my work schedule and this helps me to stay consistent. The trainers are excellent, they are very encouraging and as the group classes are small, they have time to make sure everyone gets individual attention. I would recommend Movement Hub to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the workouts at this place because they are well thought out down to the smallest details. The trainer always monitors how you perform the exercises and explains the proper technique, without rushing you. These workouts help my body recover after a long workday. I feel so much better after each session, and I love that I can track my progress ♥️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! It's exactly what I was looking for in Dublin in terms of my workout routine. Tracking your progress makes a big difference compared to the usual drop-in classes. Joey is very patient and kind with all of us.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend The Movement Hub highly enough. Joey's training plans are excellent and his knowledge of movement is exceptional. The classes are a maximum of 4 people which allows people to work on their own progressions under the watchful eye of the trainers. I've noticed a huge difference in my strength and flexibility since I started. The app is brilliant. It contains all the instructional videos so you can follow along, at home, between classes. Classes are available from early morning right through the evening as well as on Saturday morning so you can always fit your training into your schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Joey for nearly a year now. My body has gotten toned in all the right places, helping my self-confidence increase: this summer was the first since teenage years that I wore a crop top outside and feeling good about it! Like many of the other reviews, the building of strength and flexibility has helped my posture, my back pains etc. Joey is very attentive and adapts the training not only to my fitness levels but also to any injuries i brought into class. I love that the program is set up to compete with just yourself - overload by 1! As someone who'd usually push too hard and end up injured because of it, it's a mindset change that can be brought into the rest of my life too (80/20!!!) Another great bonus point is the positive reinforcement and encouragement Joey gives you in each and every session! Having these classes twice weekly has also helped me to feel settled in stressful times at work!

Fantastic experience: I’m Actively in The Movement Hub twice per week since it’s opening 1 yr ago. I find it motivating mentally and physically it’s improved my strength and core ability and now it offers a nutrition programme alongside. Joey is very professional and focused on his clients, it’s great having smaller classes offering personal training. I would highly recommend anyone to try and it’s not age limiting! Michelle

Fantastic experience: Joey and the movement hub are amazing. I’ve had back issues on and off for the last 5 years and the larger group classes or going to the gym alone have never worked for me! Joey’s knowledge and personalised approach is incredible allowing you to build strength and avoid injury while having fun in a smaller group class environment! Will also save you physio costs in the long run!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Movement Hub for a few months now and can't recommend it highly enough! I've never done this type of training before and have seen big improvements in my strength and flexibility since starting. Joey is very professional, friendly and encouraging, and explains everything clearly, your progress is tracked and the exercises are tailored to the level you're at. I really enjoy the classes, the small group means it's very approachable and not intimidating at all, the time flies by and I always feel energised afterwards. Fantastic experience: Joey has created something truly great with the Movement Hub and I thoroughly enjoy each session. Private enough so you do not feel the pressure of a gym, yet social enough with a couple of fellow trainees beside you to bring the banter, the 50 minutes pass swiftly. I can already feel the impact of the training in my cycling, everyday life and what I see in the mirror. If you want to gain flexibility and strength and actually enjoy the journey and not just the end result, this is a great training option

Fantastic experience: I have recently begun Joey's kickstart programme at the Movement Hub and I have been thoroughly enjoying the experience so far. Joey is an approachable and calm personal trainer, who clearly explains each exercise and models the correct form to his clients. I have also signed up to his nutrition programme, through which I am developing a greater awareness of my food intake and making small adjustments week by week. I love that the app has prompted me to reflect on my own nutrition and to take a step towards making lifestyle changes. Although I am only at the start of my health and fitness journey, I can already envisage staying with Joey for at least six months to a year! I leave the Movement Hub feeling accomplished and energised!

Fantastic experience: Overall excellent experience so far with the Movement Hub. The trifecta of mobility, strength and stretch provides a great foundation. Joey is very personable and highly knowledgeable in personal training. I have suffered from a persistent back pain for years, so was apprehensive at the beginning but in each class I have seen a significant improvement and progression. The semi-personal aspect works really smoothly with everyone receiving equal attention and the layout allowing for you to progress at your own pace. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week kick start in January and have been going twice a week ever since! Joey is an excellent trainer and the program is designed to the level of fitness you are at. I am delighted with my increased mobility and strength by coming consistently and with Joey's expert guidance. Fantastic experience: Started the kickstart course with Joey, he is a great trainer and makes the exercises enjoyable. All exercises are well explained so you’re always doing the correct form. Also extremely satisfying to see your strength grow from week to week. The app included with the course also really helps you keep track of your nutrition in a gradual, non-overwhelming way.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this training programme any more! I have been coming weekly for 9 months and it has drastically improved my strength and mobility. I have never stuck with a training programme before this one, and I find myself looking forward to these sessions and really missing them if I’m away for a week or two! Joey is extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable and is always encouraging you throughout the workouts. He is very aware of where you are at physically and what your needs are. Fantastic experience: I recently completed a 6 week course. It was extremely beneficial as Joey tailored each exercise to maximise the strength and flexibility gains. I have toned up, increased muscle mass and my energy levels are much higher than before taking the course. Joey obviously knows what he is doing, is very professional and is very accommodating to last minutes changes (where possible)

Fantastic experience: I signed up for semi-private (max 3 people) coaching with Joey for 6 weeks. As a person with no history of exercising, Joey carefully measured my capabilities and started the program. Soon enough I started seeing differences in my flexibility and strength. Definitely would recommend movement Hub (especially for beginners like me who are intimated to signup for a big gyms).
