Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a great variety of equipment for all fitness levels. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or group classes, there’s something here for everyone. The coaches are encouraging, professional, and really care about your progress. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. It’s the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to working out. Fantastic experience: I have moved gyms half a year ago because i wanted to concentrate on my first hyrox competition training and they seemed to be more hyrox focused than my previous gym. I love the classes and I love training in the gym as well. Equipment is top class. Coaches are super attentive and knowledgeable. It’s not a gym where anyone can just drop in, therefore everyone who is in, has a programme and a goal. I could go on and on, but the gym is for everyone. A total gym newbie will feel comfortable and welcome, and experienced gym goers will find the most supportive community.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Integrity Gym now for nearly 12 months and it has been an amazing experience. Jared, Brian and Kieran are excellent at what they do. They are always ready to help with workouts or questions. With Jared's knowledge and help I am in the best shape I have been in in a long time. I would highly recommend Integrity Gym to anyone who is looking to get healthy.

Integrity gym and Jared my trainer has changed my fitness journey from a short term goal to a lifestyle change that’s sustainable and really enjoyable. Iv been with integrity for a year and a half now and I’m loving every workout and really loving the results I’m getting for both my physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of machines. All levels of ability catered to. Group classes are excellent for anyone starting out or getting back into it after some time off. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would! Integrity is such a wonderful place, filled with great people and created by the best coaches! Training at Integrity has had such a positive impact on my life. As a total beginner who felt intimated to join a gym when I started, Jared has helped me gain the confidence to get stronger and choose a type of training I truly enjoy. The atmosphere is welcoming to everyone regardless of experience, level of fitness or ability. 3 years later, I still look forward to each and every session. 11/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've never been able to stick with a gym for longer than a couple months. At 30 years old, I joined integrity and I've been going consistently for well over a year now. I've had massive improvements in physical and mental health. The coaches are all amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The equipement is second to none. Fantastic experience: Integrity is top class gym for PT, group PT, classes and open gym. Their coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will program training to cater for any injuries or concerns. Their members are friendly and there is a very positive and welcoming atmosphere around the gym. I would have no hesitation in recommending Integrity to anyone who is looking to get fit and join a fun gym community!

Fantastic experience: Integrity is such a warm and friendly environment to be apart of. I knew I had a long road ahead on my fitness journey but was never made feel anything but welcome and comfortable. The lads are all lovely and so helpful, especially James! He is encouraging and motivating and always just a message away if I need him. I can feel myself getting stronger every week. Love it here!.
