At the helm of our dojo is Chief Instructor Larry McEnroe, a highly esteemed martial artist holding a Master grade, internationally recognized qualification in Jiu-Jitsu. Supported by a skilled team of black belt instructors, Larry brings years of experience and a passion for martial arts education.

Our Jiu-Jitsu program is steeped in tradition, ensuring students receive comprehensive training in one of the oldest martial arts forms. The Kyujutsu discipline, focused on archery, teaches students the art of handling a bow and shooting arrows from various positions while in motion. Our dedicated archery range is the pride of our club, hosting champions with numerous titles at the Irish, European, and World levels.

Not to be overlooked, our Ken-Jutsu classes offer expert instruction in the use of the Japanese sword, fostering discipline and precision in all our practitioners.

At Dragons Lair, we also prioritize youth engagement through our Beat the Bully program, designed to enhance physical fitness, coordination, and street awareness for children after school.
