URBAN wellbeing is an 8000 sq/ft wellness centre located in the Tuam Rd. Retail Centre, approximately 1km from Galway city centre. Urban Wellbeing, Tuam Road, Galway, is a 5 Star, State of the Art, Health, Beauty & Fitness Centre. With 18 businesses our Luxurious Centre is welcoming, bright and spacious and decorated to the very highest possible standard throughout.

Bikram Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga, Fierce Grace, Rocket Yoga) is a National Award winning Studio, and is established as the West of Ireland’s leading HotYoga Studio. The Studio is 1200 sq/ft and is open 7 days a week.

The Studio uses radiant heating panels to heat the studio, has specialised cushioned anit-slip flooring and an air ventilation system to allow fresh heated air into each studio
