Stephen is incredibly knowledgeable X and the classes are so well run. It's great exercise while learning to stay safe in situations we hope we'll never be in. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the club is very welcoming, and the classes are very enjoyable as well as a good workout. As a beginner, I was unsure about taking up kickboxing, but the trainers are very accommodating to all levels, and I have already learned a lot from them. Would recommend to anyone.
