Fantastic experience: I was looking to buy an infra-red sauna to help me with chronic pain and I discovered Hotworx. After a long illness I was nervous about working out again in a gym, but I found the staff so friendly and it is so peaceful and healing to work out here. I am so grateful I found it!!!

Fantastic experience: It's lovely sunny day in Galway, Ireland (very rare btw). Also the race week so everyone is there BUT US! Myself and my friend Yeliz enjoying HOTWORX instead. It's the fantastic way to have some me time and get fit! I love it! Staff in there is also really nice. Especially Laura who made it so easy for me to make the decision to sign up! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Hotworx to anybody who feels a bit stuck in a rut or bored with regular gym/home workouts. The varied hotworx workouts are fun and effective and the private saunas ensure you feel great afterwards. There is also a great weights area for some strength training in between your classes. I also love how I can just decide to book into a class at short notice, any time of the day, as it’s always open! The staff are super friendly and helpful too :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried so many different workout classes and gyms and never stuck with any until I found hotworx! It’s been a game changer for me as there is so much variety in their virtual classes and they also have a weights / function training area which is great. I recommend hotworx to everyone, I love it! Fantastic experience: Absolutely love going to Hotworx from the staff who are so friendly and helpful to all the different classes which are so easy to book on the app. I hated the gym always felt uncomfortable there but at hotworx I don’t I really like going to exercise and the heat makes such a difference love it.

Positive experience: Open for members 24/7. Heat is good muscle and joints recovery. Equipment got maintenance recently. Place si clean, but shower often clogged.

Fantastic experience: Love horworx! ❤ Hotworx is most definitely an amazing experience! The overall benefits from the infrared sauna as you work out are fantastic! I joined Hotworx after my free trial. As I have back issues I thought this would help. I cannot express the relief I get after a session. I no longer take prescription pain meds!! My overall wellbeing has improved immensely, energy levels, sleep pattern which boosts mental health. An overall healthy self care time out! I highly recommend Hotworx! The wonderful staff are always onhand for any queries. Comfortable clean saunas and open 24 hours!! So glad I'm a member of Hotworx and reaping the benefits!
