Fantastic experience: I have recently completed the 6 week foundations programme. It was a great way to get me back into fitness & strength training after a long break. The coaches and facilities are excellent and there is a great community feel. I really enjoyed the sessions and have seen a great improvement in my strength & fitness already. I have signed up for monthly membership & am looking forward to continuing my training.

They kept an eye on me, as with everyone throughout the entire session and showed me if I was doing an exercise incorrectly whilst constantly offering encouragement and ensuring that I didn't do anything to compromise my dodgy back. Fantastic experience: Just finished my first six weeks of training at Evolutis, and I can't praise David and his staff highly enough. As someone in my sixties with no gym experience I felt extremely confident in the Coaches' ability to guide me safely into getting comfortable with the equipment and exercises. I've noticed a massive change in how my body feels already, have lost a few kilos, and the rounded training programme is paying huge dividends in my running. Added to that, lots of fun, and a brilliant community feel where everyone, no matter what their age or capability, is welcome, and gently encouraged to get the very best out of themselves. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6-week foundation course. I have tried numerous gyms & usually give up after 2/3 weeks, but with Evolutis Gym…I love it! There are plenty of small group training classes in the morning & evening to choose from & as the groups are small there’s no hiding/slacking off from the instructors who can watch your technique & off helpful advice.

I was keen to lose weight and improve my overall wellbeing - in addition to this I had some back issues & surgery over the last few years & needed to be mindful of the type of training I would enter into - following a quick phone conversation with David I was confident Evolutis was the gym for me. Needles to say they didn’t let me down, the facilities along with the coaches are absolutely top class & always manage to incorporate many laughs throughout the sessions. Fantastic experience: I am in this gym about 9 months now and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. You get great encouragement from both trainers and members.The training schedules are excellent and very varied but yet very focussed. The trainers keep a very close eye to make sure that you are doing the exercises properly so as to get the most out of them. If you are thinking of joining a gym for the first time then Evolutis is definitely for you.

Fantastic experience: really enjoy the fitness lessons that we do, every one is helpful, they encourage you motivate and support you and the other members around them. every group is so supportive of each other and it makes u want to work harder to get to the place u want to get to in terms of fitness and a good quality of life. Please forgive me but I don't know how this works, or how to update, just want to say the new and improved gym is great. It was planned out and fresh looking . The staff did well to get it ready for reopening well done to all ,unfortunately I don't have any new photos but I will. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Evolutis for 3 months. I really enjoy the workouts, they are challenging but as i have a sore knee at times the trainers can adapt the workout for me. The atmosphers is welcoming and friendly. The trainers are experienced and really know their stuff. It is also a fun place to be. I was a bit nervous about getting back into a gym however within a wk or 2 i felt comfortable and happy to go excercise. Julie

Fantastic experience: I started in gym and was nervous. I wanted to tone up for myself. I found the team to be very hands on and made us all feel like a real family. The leaders we're extremely welcoming and gave me 100% attention as with all. I cannot recommend these guys enough. David fills you with positivity and really encourages all participants as do the other leaders. Best thing I ever done was joining never looked back.

Fantastic experience: Sessions are varied and the trainers are brilliant at showing you what you need to do and give great encouragement. Love that they celebrate milestones such as 30/60/90 sessions etc. Proper little community too, all the members are sound!

This is the longest I've stuck at any gym/fitness class (and I've done them ALL!) and I haven't once dreaded coming to class.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms,I've tried every diet, 6 week challenge literally everything! Evolutis is the only gym that works for me since joining 9 months ago I've lost 2 stone. I feel so much better and I actually enjoy going to the sessions! It's not just a gym its a community of people who are the most welcoming and supportive and push you to your goals. Each coach is fantastic and supportive to your goals whilst pushing you to personal bests you didn't think you could do. I'd highly recommend Evolutis to anyone who just wants to feel better about themselves!

Fantastic experience: I'm fairly new in the gym but I can say everybody is just so friendly, helpful (my fisr ever time in gym so I need a lot of guidance), the exercises are hard but doable and I can feel my body getting back in track with strend and energy. Thank you EVOLUTIS!

They all give very good progressions and regressions.... So cater for all fitness levels. Very spacious, clean and well equipped facility. Non-intimidating place. Everyone is really friendly. Coaches are always watching to ensure your safety, comfort and effort and they tailor each session to the individual, always taking account of fitness, ability, injuries etc. so you get the maximum gain with minimum risk of injury.

Fantastic experience: Would Highly recommended Evolutis for anyone trying the Gym for the first time or just looking for a new place to train. Evolutis is a class based gym with classes up to 12 people, each person has their own station with all the equipment they need. The smaller classes mean theres more interaction with the trainers who are always on hand to help. Great weekly schedule and each class is quite varied with the exercises. The coaches are very knowledgeable and get in contact regularly to check in on progress.

Fantastic experience: Having never attended a gym before I decided, at 54, that I needed to make an effort to try to get a little healthier. The set up at Evolutis is perfect for my needs. After 2 months I have settled in and I hope to attend 3 classes weekly going forward. To make it better for me my wife, Audrey, has signed up which is great motivation for both of us.

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few boot camp style classes, but joining Evolutis has been a different experience. The group sessions are smaller, and every new member is made welcome. There's great laugh at the sessions but most importantly, the results are real. My fitness and strength are much improved. Sessions are designed to push your personal limits. And then you beat them. Sessions are varied, the trainers are engaged with your progress, and it's an all round supportive, family friendly environment. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Evolutis Sports & Fitness (3 Years later) I am delighted to be able to say that I have been a member of the Evolutis Community for over three and a half years now. There were several factors which motivated me back then, to try and do something about my weight. I saw ads for Evolutis on Facebook which promoted the “Superdad Fitness Project” as it was known. It sounded like the exact sort of thing I needed at the time. I joined up and not only did I just loose the weight that I wanted, I actually ended up with a complete lifestyle transformation. First off, I consider this more of a “club” than a gym where you go in, do your training and go home. The support, and encouragement one gets from other members is really helpful, especially to someone starting out, who may be nervous or unsure. Trust me, those nerves will very quickly disappear after the first session or two. Despite the sessions, being group sessions, the focus on each individual is always there. In my own experience, I required a lot of personalised coaching in the early weeks and months, which I absolutely received. From an overweight unfit mid 50 year old, Evolutis has transformed me into someone wo is: 20kgs lighter, fitter – (as a consequence of the extra energy I had, I also started running) and considerably stronger. It is constantly being reported how muscular strength is so important for healthy living, especially as we get older. There is a lot of attention given to this in the gym, and I am still seeing consistent improvements in that area due to the programme. Obviously not all the work required, and let’s be honest, it does take work to achieve results, is done inside the four walls of the gym. Nutrition and one’s diet, as in my own case, has to be looked at. Here again, the trainers are extremely knowledgable and helpful and you are coached, on nutrition and all other factors that are necessary to succeed. To sum up, I have nothing but praise for all involved in Evolutis. They have definitely changed me and I know there are many others out there with similar stories. If anyone reading this review is thinking of taking that first step into the world of training and exercise, and wants an environment where they will be mentored and supported by a very competent team, I would recommend that they need look no further than Evolutis. I am very grateful for what they have helped me achieve, and I am looking forward to the next three years.

Fantastic experience: EVOLUTIS gym offers a unique experience to it's members and their training services include strength and conditioning, improved fitness and weight management. Unlike other gyms that I have tried, the EVOLUTIS model runs group programs every hour to a fixed number of members. The advantages here include more dedicated time from the coaching team, no queuing for equipment and support and encouragement from fellow members. I have been a member for 3 years and have improved both my fitness and strength. The programs are challenging but you can train at your pace/level. The coaches are there constantly guiding you and always encouraging. What I really like about the EVOLUTIS programs are the mix between weight training, core and cardio and that they concentrate on different muscle groups throughout each week. If you are looking for a gym with a great team that delivers results then look no further than EVOLUTIS!! Paul Kenny

Fantastic experience: If you are toying with the idea of getting back in shape or getting fit again as I was for the last year or two then this is the place for you. Joining up is probably the best decision I have made for a long time. The fitness instructors/personal trainers are so helpful and very understanding and only want to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym about 4 years ago. Within the first year I achieved fantastic results, losing nearly 20kg but, more importantly, becoming strong, fit and healthy. No more grunting noises picking stuff off the floor. Being able to run around with my kids. Seeing my kids look of pride when their dad can take part in sports or other activities. Sleeping better, having more energy for life, evening running up the stairs just for the crack of it :) After that first year, what kept me in the gym was that the program was able to take me further and bring me to strength levels I never dreamed of. Also the community really keeps me going, this was especially true during the first stages of the pandemic. It is a gym that has a low member turnover for a reason...it gets results and it is fun at the same time. If you slack off and stop going they call you to snap you out of it (other gyms business model is based around hoping you pay and DON'T go) Join it...now!, it will change your life.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities with fabulous trainers. You train within your own well equipped pod in classes with up to 10 participants. It's like personal training but with the buzz of a group. Classes range from Group PT, Build, Boxing / Core to the infamous Saturday Furnace. Highly recommend

A Great Bunch of people attend here wether early in the morning or late evening.There is always good Craic and the social events are great too. It has definitely been one of the best choices I have made, I can already see the changes in fitness levels, my weight loss and my health. Positive experience: I joined Evolutis 6 weeks ago. I was at a point i needed professional guidance as I wanted to get stronger and fitter. Within 20 minutes of registering my interest i got a phone call.( Very impressed) That day I had a zoom chat with David. I found him to be very relatable and professional. I immediately felt at ease. Evolutis is not just a gym you go to train in you get so much more. David focuses on all aspects of well being as well as guiding you on the correct way to train. The workouts via zoom at present are 30 minutes long, doable, enjoyable and fun but very much an all over body workout. I really like Evolutis approach and it is with very like minded down to earth people. There is a real sense of community within the gym and I look forward to training there.

Fantastic experience: I have joined other gyms in the past and have never stuck with it. It took me months to work up the courage to go to my first session at Evolutis but after that one session I was hooked and annoyed I had waited so long. It was a totally new experience. The coaches and other members are down to earth and so welcoming. There is a real sense of community. The coaches are so knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and how to bring the two together to achieve results. The other members, all at different levels of fitness and with different goals, put me at ease immediately. There are no mirrors in the gym... And no one who would be posing in front of them anyway The sessions are about getting fit and enjoying doing it. I've been a member for over a year now and the difference it has made is amazing, I would not have believed it if someone told me I would look forward to exercising I have more energy, more confidence and feel stronger than I can ever remember feeling before.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym in September and since the first day John and David have been great from just having a chat or pushing you within the sessions. This is a great place to enjoy your training but also be pushed by the trainers. The overall gym is great with all the equipment you need and is spacious to ensure social distancing is complied with. During the lockdowns David and John continue to deliver on so many levels and always try to keep people positive

Fantastic experience: 28 day challenge was excellent. Workouts sent daily, great motivation from trainers and other participants which help to stay on track or get back on track when I strayed off course. Lost 4kg in 28 days

Fantastic experience: Hi there, Started working with the Evolutis team just over 6 weeks and really enjoying the training.loads of varied online classes around fitness,nutrition,and wellbeing.Coaching team stay close to all members for support and guidance .ive lost half a stone ,down 2 belt sizes and physically stronger since starting.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for positive changes to lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Walked through the doors of Evolutis 10 weeks ago and was met by David. I told him outstraight how unhappy I was and I needed to change and work on myself physically and mentally. He immediately made me feel welcome and my anxious fears of being in what can be an intimidating place, gyms that is, that fear just went away. I felt comfortable straight away which was great. The people who also attend are all very nice people, very welcoming and helpful. David was with me every step of the way, honestly wouldn't of gotten through it without his guidance. He knew what I wanted and he pushed me when I needed it and he was always there for any help I needed. I cant recommend David and the gym itself enough, great atmosphere, though there's some questionable music going on at times in a good way! Also great facilities and best of all great people. I'll definitely be back soon to continue my progress but my 10 week PT sessions where life changing. Best decision I've ever made walking through those doors. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Or as David says rank it from 1 - bleeding deadly, its bleeding deadly. Id even go as far as calling David a legend but those leg lunges he had me doing I'm not so sure anymore Ah no if it wasnt for him and his help/guidance I couldn't of done it. Thanks again David! I'll be back soon to progress onto version 3.0 of myself, cant wait to get back at it already but holidays are calling

Fantastic experience: Evolutis is fantastic. The support from the trainers and members has been unreal. I wouldn't have made anywhere near the progress I've made by going to a gym alone. Feels more like a community than a gym. Just finished my first month and I've lost 2kgs. Delighted with the results.

Fantastic experience: Been with this gym for about a year. Great value, physical gym, trainers and community. Not like the mindless lines of cross trainers and headphones you see elsewhere. Would recommend it 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 6 months ago and am really impressed. I have learned so much about fitness. Trainers are excellent at demonstrating and explaining correct technique to all levels. Very welcoming atmosphere. While the sessions are hard work they are also good fun. Would recommend this gym.
