Fantastic experience: Im not a gym person but needed to do something came across this 6 week program at Evolutis and i can honestly say its the best thing iv done for myself this year... Big shout to all the staff made me feel so welcome and all the members.. Anyone looking to try it in the new year trust me you wont regret it..

Fantastic experience: Not being a gym person I was sceptical signing up but I knew I had to do something to improve my strength and fitness. I’m 5 weeks in to the 6 week kick start programme and I was shocked after 3 weeks how much I was enjoying it. The support from both the coaches and other members has been great. The gym is not overcrowded at any given session which allows the coaches to be available to help you when needed and they help in a way that you do not feel awkward or self conscious. I couldn’t imagine not going now and I have already signed up for the next 6 months. My only regret is putting it off and not doing it sooner.

Fantastic experience: Having just finished my 6 week introductory course in Evolutis Gym in Coolock ,I would like to thank and praise all the couches for their patience and encouragement. Having never been inside a gym in my 69yrs of living I must say I was presently surprised at how much fun it could be and I attribute this to the dedicated staff who were so supportive in every way. I m now looking forward to the next 6 months with my new EVOLUTIS family. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough for any age .Check us out.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6-week kick-start and loved it! After the first week, I already knew I’d be signing up as a member. The classes are great with small groups, so the trainers are always keeping an eye on you and helping you out, but also pushing you more! Everyone’s very friendly, and I really look forward to the sessions! Energy levels are up & bodyfat is going down. x3 sessions a week has easily just become part of my normal routine now.

Fantastic experience: NO is not an answer. However you're feeling when you enter EVOLUTIS for a gym session, you always have that sense of accomplishment when you're leaving. Marta, Kaspurs, Tony, Phil, and Ivana are there to guide you every step of the way. They push you to do your best, while also keeping you safe. The bodyscan is a wonderful indicator of how you are progressing. At 66 i had almost given up on everything but now I can imagine a healthier, fitter future for myself. Thanks David and all the Evolutis team ( mentioned above) AND all the new people iv met too.

Fantastic experience: Evolutis gym is one of the best gyms I have joined reason being the trainers are incredibly moativated will support you 100% is there gyms I could join for maybe €50 a month yes will I get the support the way I do at Evolutis ? Well I haven’t previously so in my personal experience no. Evolutis is friendly welcoming and well structured spotless and well maintained great atmosphere I had to go out for personal reasons they kept in contact with me I’m back now and the support is overwhelming I would highly recommend this gym my overall strength has increased I feel better mentally and physically plus always walk out that I have actually achieved something and sets me up for the day every goal and achievement is recognised and that is encouraging the coaches really make you feel comfortable and support you with any injuries if you give this gym a try you won’t want to leave

Fantastic experience: I am just finished the 6 week kickstart and I absolutely loved it, It is the only gym I have joined that I felt so comfortable in. From day one I knew I was going to stick to it, everyone is so welcoming and lovely it's like a big family . Each and every trainer is amazing, they cater to everyone's ability and really push you to do your best. I couldn't recommend the PT sessions enough , they are amazing! I am blessed to have come across this place it's the best thing I have ever done.. Just don't forget to bring your notebook

Fantastic experience: Evolutis is the best gym ever! It has several small Group Sessions run each day making it easy to fit into busy lives. Each group is led by an excellent trainer, all of whom are really encouraging and helpful. Each allow for the different levels of the group, tweaking exercises I’m not quite able for - yet. The Saturday Shred is definitely a session to be experienced. All the sessions are both challenging and enjoyable. The members are fantastic, really friendly and also very helpful. I highly recommend this gym to anyone else who has been looking for a gym where you get the guidance and help you need – all the time, not just when you join up!

Fantastic experience: Great assistance and motivation from Instructors Luke and Corrinne. They kept an eye on me, as with everyone throughout the entire session and showed me if I was doing an exercise incorrectly whilst constantly offering encouragement and ensuring that I didn't do anything to compromise my dodgy back. Fantastic experience: Just finished my first six weeks of training at Evolutis, and I can't praise David and his staff highly enough. As someone in my sixties with no gym experience I felt extremely confident in the Coaches' ability to guide me safely into getting comfortable with the equipment and exercises. I've noticed a massive change in how my body feels already, have lost a few kilos, and the rounded training programme is paying huge dividends in my running. Added to that, lots of fun, and a brilliant community feel where everyone, no matter what their age or capability, is welcome, and gently encouraged to get the very best out of themselves. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6-week foundation course. I have tried numerous gyms & usually give up after 2/3 weeks, but with Evolutis Gym…I love it! There are plenty of small group training classes in the morning & evening to choose from & as the groups are small there’s no hiding/slacking off from the instructors who can watch your technique & off helpful advice.

But the team here have been amazing and very welcoming l. And it's been very educational. I love how it feels like a community. Such a great place to get mentally and physically fit. Fantastic experience: Joined Evolutis at the beginning of 2024. I was keen to lose weight and improve my overall wellbeing - in addition to this I had some back issues & surgery over the last few years & needed to be mindful of the type of training I would enter into - following a quick phone conversation with David I was confident Evolutis was the gym for me. Needles to say they didn’t let me down, the facilities along with the coaches are absolutely top class & always manage to incorporate many laughs throughout the sessions. Fantastic experience: I am in this gym about 9 months now and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. You get great encouragement from both trainers and members.The training schedules are excellent and very varied but yet very focussed. The trainers keep a very close eye to make sure that you are doing the exercises properly so as to get the most out of them. If you are thinking of joining a gym for the first time then Evolutis is definitely for you.

Fantastic experience: really enjoy the fitness lessons that we do, every one is helpful, they encourage you motivate and support you and the other members around them. every group is so supportive of each other and it makes u want to work harder to get to the place u want to get to in terms of fitness and a good quality of life. Please forgive me but I don't know how this works, or how to update, just want to say the new and improved gym is great. It was planned out and fresh looking . The staff did well to get it ready for reopening well done to all ,unfortunately I don't have any new photos but I will. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Evolutis for 3 months. I really enjoy the workouts, they are challenging but as i have a sore knee at times the trainers can adapt the workout for me. The atmosphers is welcoming and friendly. The trainers are experienced and really know their stuff. It is also a fun place to be. I was a bit nervous about getting back into a gym however within a wk or 2 i felt comfortable and happy to go excercise. Julie

Fantastic experience: I started in gym and was nervous. I wanted to tone up for myself. I found the team to be very hands on and made us all feel like a real family. The leaders we're extremely welcoming and gave me 100% attention as with all. I cannot recommend these guys enough. David fills you with positivity and really encourages all participants as do the other leaders. Best thing I ever done was joining never looked back.

Fantastic experience: Sessions are varied and the trainers are brilliant at showing you what you need to do and give great encouragement. Love that they celebrate milestones such as 30/60/90 sessions etc. Proper little community too, all the members are sound!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying the classes. Very accessible and alternative exercises available for all abilities. The coaches are all very friendly and approachable while staying on message. This is the longest I've stuck at any gym/fitness class (and I've done them ALL!) and I haven't once dreaded coming to class.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms,I've tried every diet, 6 week challenge literally everything! Evolutis is the only gym that works for me since joining 9 months ago I've lost 2 stone. I feel so much better and I actually enjoy going to the sessions! It's not just a gym its a community of people who are the most welcoming and supportive and push you to your goals. Each coach is fantastic and supportive to your goals whilst pushing you to personal bests you didn't think you could do. I'd highly recommend Evolutis to anyone who just wants to feel better about themselves!

Fantastic experience: I'm fairly new in the gym but I can say everybody is just so friendly, helpful (my fisr ever time in gym so I need a lot of guidance), the exercises are hard but doable and I can feel my body getting back in track with strend and energy. Thank you EVOLUTIS!

Fantastic experience: Started here last month and have really enjoyed the experience. All of the coaches are equally good... Same level of consistent training from all. They all give very good progressions and regressions.... So cater for all fitness levels. Very spacious, clean and well equipped facility. Non-intimidating place. Everyone is really friendly. Fantastic experience: Absolutely would recommend this gym. People are friendly and it really is a lovely atmosphere. Believe me when I say its a huge stress reliever, autism mom here, I've found it brilliant, signing up for next session!

Coaches are always watching to ensure your safety, comfort and effort and they tailor each session to the individual, always taking account of fitness, ability, injuries etc. so you get the maximum gain with minimum risk of injury.

Fantastic experience: Would Highly recommended Evolutis for anyone trying the Gym for the first time or just looking for a new place to train. Evolutis is a class based gym with classes up to 12 people, each person has their own station with all the equipment they need. The smaller classes mean theres more interaction with the trainers who are always on hand to help. Great weekly schedule and each class is quite varied with the exercises. The coaches are very knowledgeable and get in contact regularly to check in on progress.

Fantastic experience: Having never attended a gym before I decided, at 54, that I needed to make an effort to try to get a little healthier. The set up at Evolutis is perfect for my needs. After 2 months I have settled in and I hope to attend 3 classes weekly going forward. To make it better for me my wife, Audrey, has signed up which is great motivation for both of us.

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few boot camp style classes, but joining Evolutis has been a different experience. The group sessions are smaller, and every new member is made welcome. There's great laugh at the sessions but most importantly, the results are real. My fitness and strength are much improved. Sessions are designed to push your personal limits. And then you beat them. Sessions are varied, the trainers are engaged with your progress, and it's an all round supportive, family friendly environment. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Evolutis Sports & Fitness (3 Years later) I am delighted to be able to say that I have been a member of the Evolutis Community for over three and a half years now. There were several factors which motivated me back then, to try and do something about my weight. I saw ads for Evolutis on Facebook which promoted the “Superdad Fitness Project” as it was known. It sounded like the exact sort of thing I needed at the time. I joined up and not only did I just loose the weight that I wanted, I actually ended up with a complete lifestyle transformation. First off, I consider this more of a “club” than a gym where you go in, do your training and go home. The support, and encouragement one gets from other members is really helpful, especially to someone starting out, who may be nervous or unsure. Trust me, those nerves will very quickly disappear after the first session or two. Despite the sessions, being group sessions, the focus on each individual is always there. In my own experience, I required a lot of personalised coaching in the early weeks and months, which I absolutely received. From an overweight unfit mid 50 year old, Evolutis has transformed me into someone wo is: 20kgs lighter, fitter – (as a consequence of the extra energy I had, I also started running) and considerably stronger. It is constantly being reported how muscular strength is so important for healthy living, especially as we get older. There is a lot of attention given to this in the gym, and I am still seeing consistent improvements in that area due to the programme. Obviously not all the work required, and let’s be honest, it does take work to achieve results, is done inside the four walls of the gym. Nutrition and one’s diet, as in my own case, has to be looked at. Here again, the trainers are extremely knowledgable and helpful and you are coached, on nutrition and all other factors that are necessary to succeed. To sum up, I have nothing but praise for all involved in Evolutis. They have definitely changed me and I know there are many others out there with similar stories. If anyone reading this review is thinking of taking that first step into the world of training and exercise, and wants an environment where they will be mentored and supported by a very competent team, I would recommend that they need look no further than Evolutis. I am very grateful for what they have helped me achieve, and I am looking forward to the next three years.

Fantastic experience: EVOLUTIS gym offers a unique experience to it's members and their training services include strength and conditioning, improved fitness and weight management. Unlike other gyms that I have tried, the EVOLUTIS model runs group programs every hour to a fixed number of members. The advantages here include more dedicated time from the coaching team, no queuing for equipment and support and encouragement from fellow members. I have been a member for 3 years and have improved both my fitness and strength. The programs are challenging but you can train at your pace/level. The coaches are there constantly guiding you and always encouraging. What I really like about the EVOLUTIS programs are the mix between weight training, core and cardio and that they concentrate on different muscle groups throughout each week. If you are looking for a gym with a great team that delivers results then look no further than EVOLUTIS!! Paul Kenny
