Fantastic experience: The best gym in Ireland. I was there for 3 months as an exchange student and was warmly welcomed and supported. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would go back anytime!!!

Fantastic experience: I was given a recommendation to try out life fit gym for my 16 Yr old daughter. Jane has a torn ACL and she needed rehabilitation on the knee through Strength and Conditioning. Paul was excellent he did some research for her on it, made contact with a physio and he designed a program for her. We are 5 weeks in and she is loving it and she is slowly on the road to recovery. Jane loves the gym atmosphere and she feels like she is in a very positive and supportive space. Which says alot coming from a 16yr old teenage girl!! I would highly recommend paul and this gym as he pays great attention to each of his clients. Jackie

Paul is passionate about what he does and is always on hand for help and advice, eliminating the "gym fear". I have tried lots of gyms all over the country in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Clare and this is one my top two. Highly recommend!

But what sets LifeFit apart from other gyms I’ve trained at is the incredible environment. There’s a strong sense of community within that keeps me coming back. We encourage one another, have a laugh, and push harder towards our goals. Paul Dunne knows plenty about nutrition and fitness, and his passion for both is contagious. The most important result I’ve achieved from LifeFit—I ALWAYS leave the gym in better form than when I arrive.
