Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Body & Bowl from day 1. Love the community vibes in the gym, everyone is super supportive. Aimee and Jane are so lovely and are great at explaining how to do each exercise. Would 100% recommend to anyone as they cater to all experience levels.
Fantastic experience: I recently joined Body & Bowl and I am so glad that I did! I have been to various gyms in the past but I can certainly say that this one has been my favourite. I love that the strength classes really work on building your strength at a rate that makes progress possible, and I also love that classes are either strength or cardio based. Aimee and Jane are great trainers and I would really recommend to anyone to join this gym
Fantastic experience: Aimee and Jane create a welcoming and fun gym environment whilst also pushing you to achieve your best. They tailor the classes to your individual fitness level, to ensure you get the most out of it. Every class is unique and after going here for nearly 3 years I can say no two classes are the same!
Fantastic experience: Highly reccomend the girls in Body and Bowl Galway , coming from someone who wasn’t a fan of group classss etc and was a gym beginner really up until 2 years ago they make you feel comfortable and understand everyone is at different stages of their fitness journey ! I now enjoy going weekly and the availability of classes makes it easy to fit it into your weekly schedule the effort put in also in terms of making it a social aspect also with different events in the year makes a huge difference
Fantastic experience: Body and Bowls strength classes are excellent. As a cardio girly, I’ve learned to enjoy strength and am loving seeing progress in how much I can lift. I’ve been to so many other gyms and until now have felt that strength just isn’t something I can do. Small group classes that meet you where you are and enable your progress. Would highly recommend
Fantastic experience: 2 months of working out here with Aimee, Jane and the members were more effective than working out at the gym alone for 6 months. I really enjoyed working out here. They were kind, caring and teaching me well as a beginner. I really recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The best decision I made last year was joining Body & Bowl! I’ve never been to a friendlier, more welcoming gym! Aimee and Jane are so kind, patient and supportive and can tailor each class to accommodate all levels of fitness. They make working out fun, and I can honestly say I enjoy going to the gym! Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Body and Bowl enough! It is such a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone no matter what fitness level you are! As a complete newbie to the gym when I started, Aimee and Jane could not have been more supportive and encouraging and really help you grow in confidence! I can honestly say that I always look forward to the classes at Body and Bowl where you can guarantee a great work out and a great laugh with the best people!
Fantastic experience: I have never been a gym person but I joined Body & Bowl just over a year ago and genuinely always look forward to my next session! Aimee and Jane are amazing trainers and the atmosphere in the gym is so lovely, supportive, and patient.The class sizes are small and I think I’ve laughed during every single one of my sessions, even when completely out of breath! I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to begin/continue their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Loved training in B&B, Jane and Aimee sure know how to put you through your paces but still make you feel so comfortable and at ease which can be hard to come by in a lot of gyms. They will not only be your trainers, but become your friends! Everyone is made feel so welcome no matter what your level of fitness or abilities are, and there is a real sense of community - a really holistic approach! One of the saddest parts about leaving Galway to move to Dublin was leaving the gym behind. Won't find anywhere that can compare!

Fantastic experience: I joined body and bowl just over 4 months ago and have never been to a friendlier gym. Both Jane and Aimee are so kind and welcoming. I can now say that I actually enjoy going to the gym every morning at 7am.I cannot recommend this gym enough, no matter what your abilities the workouts can be tailored for you. The training the girls offer is extremely valuable. Thanks for helping me to achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: What a great find, a lovely gym with 2 super friendly and very knowledge Trainers. I started training with Body and Bowl just before they had to close due to the Pandemic, however we moved to do P/T sessions online and it worked really well for me. I had been in a sedentary role for 30 plus years and both my mobility and strength were begining to dip quite a bit and that combined with my age left me uncomfortable in the standard commercial gyms etc. However now after doing the specialised strength training with Aimee I can honestly say that it is simply the Best Ever Investment in Myself. My Balance, Mobility and Fitness levels and strength have all improved so much its quite amazing.. i would highly recommend this gym for the over 60s and the programme they run
Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been with body and bowl for a year now. We are one of their online clients, we've enjoyed every aspect of it. Aimee and Jane are both personable and very easy to talk to. My fitness level and my husband's would be different but the classes are tailored to our individual fitness levels whilst still keeping it challenging. I look forward to the PT session as not only it is a great workout there is great banter to be had with the ladies whilst working up a sweat. They offer meal plans and nutritional information even for the pickiest of eaters and I should know as I've a very limited diet, they work with what you already do and build on it. I would highly recommend body and bowl
Fantastic experience: Very nice gym not long open but I have to say these guys are doing great. Honest prices, great classes, friendly staff, very clean and seem just a good place to work out the few times ive been there. Will make more an effort to go more full time. Keep up the good work guys!
Fantastic experience: Been training with Body & Bowl for a few months now. They have so much to offer with lots of classes everyday (Greatest HIITs on a Saturday is my fave). They also do personal training and give nutritional advice. My fitness and strength has improved so much, as well 9kilo weight loss. All done in a fun and healthy way. Even with the gym shut due to Covid they still offered regular classes over Zoom which was so great when it's difficult to get out moving when the weather is starting to get miserable. Two very friendly trainers making the gym a welcoming place for people of all fitness levels. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Honestly couldn't recommend these gals enough, such a supportive training atmosphere no matter what your goals and starting point! If you want down to earth, professional, knowledgeable trainers who tailor your program to suit your level, your equipment and your plan these are the trainers for you. They take a holistic approach to health and fitness, no quick fixes here. From exercise to food to sleep, they've got ya covered. I've been training for months with Amy and it's the first time I've ever stuck consistently to any sort of fitness routine. I look forward every week to my online sessions with Amy and can't wait til the lockdown ends so I can see their new gym in person!
