Fantastic experience: Healthwise gym and the trainers are attentive and supportive throughout the sessions. Within the 6 week program, you have support and guidance between sessions also. Very comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Delighted I started.

Fantastic experience: The 6 week programme is really enjoyable and I learned a lot, while getting back into the fitness habits of water, good food and plenty of movement. DJ, Sarah and Paulina are experts, and motivating yet very friendly and make the classes so enjoyable! If you are looking for a challenge in awelcoming environment, you couldn't do better than Health wise!
