Positive experience: Swimming classes for all age. The staff have helping attitude. Car parking spaces available. A coffee and chocolates vending machine inside. Have a kids park nearby but not too good. Need renovation a little.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this leisure centre. I joined over a year ago and love the friendliness, positivity and encouragement from all the staff there. It's particularly welcome from someone who's on a health and fitness journey in the older age category Sharon deserves a special mention for all she does for all the members. She's happy when we're suffering, but that's all part of the encouragement and fun that brings us back for more. It's wonderful to see all the young people taking up the gym and the support that they get from all the staff. We're very lucky to have this great facility. I'm looking forward to a healthier future. (I'll be there for a while)

Negative experience: I have contacted you before on the lack of cleaning at your pool facility. This was after COVID and we were told that it would be looked into. I have also seen Google reviews where people comment on the dirt of the facility where they are not addresses or ignored / made fun of in your reply back. Today we attended the pool early in the day. The dressing rooms were absolutely disgusting. Sweet wrappers, cardboard, clumps of hair, visible dirty from shoes, plasters, dried up toilet roll all over the woman's bathroom floors. One of the times we attended before there was a pink goo on a lot of the floors and the toilet. This happens every time we come but we keep coming as it is the closest pool to us. After today we will not be back. We attend many other pools and they are all clean. There is always someone around the area cleaning. In your facility there are always life guards sitting chatting and ignoring the dirt. I seen one walk by a dirty plaster on the pool side floor 3 times. There were 2 pieces of what looked like plastic floating in the kids pool. There is never anyone visibly cleaning. The floor always needs a good sweep and wash which never seems to be done and even if it gets a full clean once in the evening we always attend in the morning so it could not have got that dirty in between. I'm not sure how your staff could be satisfied with the level of hygiene/ uncleanliness of the place as I couldn't work in such a place. I will be reporting this to a relevant authority this time as it is an ongoing issue. If I could give zero stars I would but cannot.
