Positive experience: Great workout centre and bit of CrossFit feeling. Colm is a great guy and great instructor. Enjoyed my time there Other lady(Lorraine), seems to be rude sometimes for no reason though good trainer. Only thing I didn’t like there and left the facility.

Coach Lorraine’s Saturday morning sweat sessions is a must! The atmosphere is electric in these classes as both Lorraine and other members of the gym encourage you to push yourself.
