Calisthenics Classes and personal training. Learn to master your own bodyweight, gain the mobility and strength to perform Pullups, pushups ,pistol squats and handstands. Learn in a fun, friendly and encouraging community her in Cork city

I have a passion for fitness, in particular for calisthenics. I have been training for 12+ years. I reached a point in my training where i became bored with normal weight training, I wanted something different and more interesting.

So if you are bored of normal weight training or simply just a beginner looking to start a training program which burns as much calories and develops even greater strength and mobility, then calisthenics is for you!
