Fantastic experience: This is a really special kinda gym. The programs they run through are super fun, great workouts and all that jazz. Best thing though are the staff. I've trained with each of them at least once now in the last two months and all of them are kind, approachable, constructive and as technical in their advice as I've needed and encouraging. The very welcoming community at the gym starts with them. If you're looking to learn, get way fitter/challenged and have good craic as you go, give this place a shot. Their membership models are super accommodating.

When you visit other gyms around Ireland, you really start to appreciate the coaching and the quality of all the gym gear and facilities with Echo Athletics. Not only is the gym equipment amazing but the coaching and welcoming element of the set up is incredible. Really professional, great mix of social and results driven training and a must every time I come to Cork.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Echo Athletics more. I instantly felt welcome from my very first class here. Excellent coaches, a friendly atmosphere and an amazing community. Workouts are well programmed to help you get the most out of your 45 minutes and the coaches are always on hand to help or adapt movements if necessary. Echo really does have the perfect balance between working hard and having fun. 5 stars!

The gym itself and equipment are top top quality. Class sizes are nice and small so you always get the attention you need. I always look forward to heading into the gym and feel amazing after!! Fantastic experience: I started going to Mike a few years ago for a few long standing injuries that I had and I haven't looked back since. Since Mike opened the doors of Echo Athletics things have gone up a gear, the variety in the classes and the one to one and time that Mike gives you even in the group sessions is second to none. He is fantastic at what he does and has genuinely made my life better, both mentally and physically. I cannot recommend Echo Athletics enough for people at all levels and stages of their fitness.
