Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a couple of years ago. I came from a ladies only gym so was nervous of what kind of atmosphere it would be for me. I have to say from say i have never looked back. The trainers are so professional in every aspect of their job they all bring something different, from the heated spin to the floor classes. Highly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with some of the lads working at this gym for 5 years. I'm satisfied of the results to date. There is a great sense of community and that's what I love the most compared to other gyms I went to in the past.
